I joined right after graduating high school in 2007 and started basic training in June 2007. It was a bit scary cause it was a new experience and the physical training was a bit hard but I always got help from fellow trainees to pass the physical training test to graduate.
The first duty station was Fort Bragg, North Carolina. One of the 3 us bases known for their airborne units.
When I first got there my actual unit had already deployed before it got there so naturally not long after I got there I was told and got orders to go to Iraq for Operation Iraqi freedom.
So 2008 from January to December 2009 I was in Iraq and by that point, Iraq was mostly quiet but the battles were still bigger in places like Afghanistan at least while I was there and I learned that media outlets have blown things out of proportion. I spoke with some Iraqi civilians who sold bootlegs of movies and anime and were mostly nice. And even did some night guard duty to look over injured soldiers at the base hospital we had.
After coming back I was back in fort Bragg for another year and did simple things that were expected, did some extra details like that happened like setting up a 4th of July event for families and such. My main duties were human resources so everything from awards and promotions to demotions and other things for a soldier’s personal file was my job to handle with an office of others.
Then in 2012 after I extended my active contract I went transferred to South Korea and was there for 2 years
I saw some interesting things when I got there. Worked with Korean soldiers explored various cities in Korea, had to be laterally promoted to corporal to run the office of human resources and make sure things got done. I would also spend my personal to me going to a high school on Wednesday to help some Korean students learn American English and tell them a few stories and was kind of fun being a simple teacher and I even did Friday evenings learning some Korean from a Japanese girl named Miyuki who was getting married to a Korean man.

And after that, I spent the remaining 2 years of my military time in army reserves which was just once a month training deal. And my time ended completely by 2016

Other things were just casual things from hanging out with fellow soldiers, drinking nights, star wars marathon for new years, and other simple life things and hell I actually had to help in dealing with a soldier who got in trouble with Korean law enforcement to where I had to help make sure he was doing his time in a military prison without issue while trying to get his legal paperwork done since this was something of an international issue. And another thing I had to help do is deal with a soldier who raped a female soldier work with and he was married. Can’t give details due to privacy reasons but the raper was sent to a different unit after serving time and losing his ranking was beyond that it depended on what the higher-ups and what the victim said which all she wanted to be the distance from him. I know you’re thoughts on rape and all but understand when dealing with cases like that it’s not a simple matter for the victim and helping her try to open up again was a long process in itself where we had to do suicide watch on her for a few weeks
I personally knew several Veterans within my personal life as well, i knew of two family friends who both served in the Vietnam War and fought valiantly within the war, while i never asked them much about their experiences, they went through their positives and negatives in general and i also have several family members and friends who are or formerly cops and in the Police Force, all of the fine people who followed the law and upheld their conviction to protect and serve.

Alton Sterling Arrest Record Media Won’t Tell You About-Truth! & Fiction!
Summary of eRumor:
Reports that the media has ignored the fact that Alton Sterling had a lengthy criminal record before he was fatally shot by a police officer in Baton Rouge on July 5th.
The Truth:
It’s true that Alton Sterling had a lengthy criminal record, but many national media outlets have covered or noted his previous arrests.
Alton Sterling was convicted of criminal charges 20 times from 1996 to 2009. Those charges included robbery, aggravated burglary, resisting an officer, as well as multiple gun and drug charges. Heavy has put together criminal complaints for all of those cases that can be viewed here.
And, in addition to the charges that Alton Sterling was convicted of, nearly 20 additional charges filed against Sterling from 1996 to 2016 had been dismissed.
Two cases in particular have stood out in the wake of Sterling’s death. In a 2009 case, Sterling resisted arrest and the officer reported, “wrestling with the defendant on the ground,” until a “black semi auto gun fell from his waistband” and Sterling was detained without further incident.
In another case, an officer reported in a probable cause affidavit that he pulled Sterling over for driving 65 mph in a 45 mph zone and found that he did not have proof of insurance. The office let Sterling collect his belongings from the car, and as he walked away, Sterling reportedly said he would “have the officers’ badge and jobs” and that they should “go ahead and beat him down regardless of the outcome” before he lied down in the street.
Also, it’s been noted that Sterling was a registered sex offender, and the offense description was listed as “carnal knowledge of a juvenile” in an online database of sex offenders in Louisiana.
Alton Sterling’s lengthy criminal history has lead to reports from conservative commentators like Allen B. West have argued that liberals, media outlets and those protesting Sterling’s death don’t want you know about his past and have largely ignored it.
However, a quick check of media reports does no support the idea that the media shied away from, or failed to report, Sterling’s run-ins with the law. The Washington Post, for example, published an extensive profile on Sterling’s troubled past. The piece begins:
BATON ROUGE — Alton Sterling, the black man whose point-blank shooting by white police set off a fresh round of national protest against police aggression against black people, was born and raised in this impoverished and racially divided Louisiana state capital and barely knew a life without police in it.
His mother died when he was 14, and his father by the time he was 19, Quinyetta McMillon, the mother of Sterling’s oldest son, said in an interview Tuesday.
“Alton pretty much raised himself,” she said. And trouble was never far away.
Sterling, who lived a life of poverty and instability, in and out of jail, was in many ways the embodiment of an American — and particularly, a Louisianan — justice system that legal experts say is skewed heavily against black Americans and that protesters have rallied against over the past week.
The New York Times also noted Sterling’s criminal history in its early reports:
Mr. Sterling had a long criminal history, including convictions for battery and illegal possession of a gun, but it is not clear whether the officers knew any of that as they tried to arrest him.
The same can be said of USA Today, CBS News and countless other media outlets.
The idea that the media or protestors have shied away from Sterling’s criminal record is false. Rather, as Bustle reports, his supporters argue that Sterling’s criminal past doesn’t justify police shooting him:
Sterling’s record, obviously, is not clear. But these matters are unrelated to his death. As an individual, selling CDs outside of a convenience store is not a crime for which anyone should be gunned down. And now as a symbol within a larger movement, Sterling, a black man, could have just as likely been killed unjustly, regardless of his previous record. We’ve seen it with other cases — like Trayvon Martin, who had no criminal record but saw his short 17 years on Earth dug up to be tarnished just the same.
Yet this increasingly common, explicit display of force by the officers, whose body cameras allegedly fell off during the struggle, points not so much to the individual but to a larger problem within the system: the overwhelming and systemic violence inflicted upon people of color by law enforcement in the United States.
So, it’s true that Alton Sterling had a lengthy criminal record, but it’s false that media have tried to hide or ignore that fact.
Alton Sterling Criminal History: Violent Felon and Alleged Gang Member

Details are slowly leaking out about the Alton Sterling officer involved shooting. Alton Sterling apparently had a criminal history that included carnal knowledge of a juvenile, aggravated battery, and illegal firearm possession. Clearly, he was not somebody who could legally possess a firearm at the time of the shooting. Internet detectives have uncovered information that Alton Sterling was actually a bloods gang member, but we have been unable to confirm the accuracy of that information at this time.

Muflahi described that after Sterling was shot, the police officers removed a gun from his pocket. Self-proclaimed internet experts are claiming that the gun in Sterling’s pocket is evidence that he was unjustly murdered. Sterling wasn’t pointing the gun at the officers after all. There’s also claims that, if there’s no gunshot residue on Sterling’s hands then it had to be unjustified, because he clearly hadn’t shot at the officers, right? You can even see this attitude displayed in comments on our own website in our coverage of the Alton Sterling shooting.
The fact is, once you let somebody point a gun at you, or shoot at you, then it’s often too late. Police officers do not, and should not, have to wait until after somebody has attempted to murder them before they can act. Police officers have a right, and a duty, to stop the attempted murder before it is completed. Had officers waited until Sterling had a gun pointed at them, then there would have been no way for them to stop him from shooting.
First you have to consider reaction times. There is a reactionary delay from the time that a police officer can recognize that a gun is pointed at them, to the time it takes them to pull the trigger on their gun. This almost guarantees that the suspect would be able to get their shot off first. Then you have to consider that unless somebody is instantly killed by a bullet to the brain, being shot doesn’t immediately stop somebody. Real-life isn’t Hollywood, and people don’t just instantly fall over dead when they get hit by a bullet. Until somebody’s blood pressure drops low enough, they are still in the fight.
Black Lives Matter is trying to spin this case as an obvious case of a man being shot because he was black. They are ignoring that not only was Sterling an armed felon who was resisting arrest, but the officers knew that they were on camera. At the very least, officers knew that:
- They had body cameras.
- They had a dash camera.
- They were at a convenience store, which had security cameras.
Even if you’re nutty enough to believe the absurd narrative of rogue officers shooting people for being black, wouldn’t you expect that the officers wouldn’t do it on camera if they didn’t think that the shooting was justified? We are confident that the officers believed that Sterling was reaching for his gun, which means that they actually probably saw Sterling reaching for his gun.

Records from the 19th Judicial District Court show that in August 2015 the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office issued a warrant for the arrest of an Alton Sterling who had registered as a convicted sex offender to live at the center at the Brookstown address. Sterling was convicted of one count of carnal knowledge of a juvenile in Sept. 2000, according to the warrant.
While Sterling had registered at the address in July, a probation officer who checked on him in August was told by the center manager that Sterling hadn’t lived there for two weeks.
The DA’s office filed a failure to register as a sex offender charge against Sterling in April.
Sterling’s court record shows he was accused of several crimes dating back to 1996. He’d pleaded guilty to aggravated battery, simple criminal damage to property and unauthorized entry, as well as domestic abuse battery. His longest sentence appeared to come in 2009, when he was sentenced to five years on possessing marijuana with the intent to distribute and illegally carrying a weapon with a controlled dangerous substance.
People question why the Alton Sterling criminal history is relevant, because officers couldn’t have known his history at the time. Alton Sterling’s criminal history is relevant because when the media paints the picture of a gentle giant family man, who would never harm anybody, it’s hard to believe that he would fight with police officers and then reach for a gun to murder them. When you have the facts that Sterling was a violent child molester with a history of illegally carrying firearms, you can see that he is exactly the type of person who might reach for a gun when fighting with officers.
At this time the officers have been identified, but in an effort to give the officers more time to protect their families from retaliation, we will delay discussing their identities until it becomes more widely circulated. We will keep providing you with updates as they come in.

Alton Sterling was a 37-year-old black man who was shot to death in a confrontation outside a convenience store with police in Baton Rouge, Louisiana early on the morning of July 5, 2016.
His death sparked outrage, protests, and an investigation by the U.S. Justice Department. Both the Justice Department and state Attorney General have now declined to file criminal charges against the police officers involved in the case.
The officers’ handling of the confrontation came under intense scrutiny from the public at the time in part because of cell phone video. The debate over the officers’ conduct included discussion of Sterling’s criminal record and whether it is at all relevant when assessing the officers’ conduct. However, the legal questions in the case focused on what happened in the confrontation between Sterling and the officers right before he was shot. Sterling’s case file does provide a fuller biography of the man, however.
A review of court records by Heavy shows that Sterling was well known to Baton Rouge police, although the two officers involved in the shooting — Blane Salamoni and Howie Lake II — are not mentioned in documents pertaining to Sterling. Sterling Had Previous Confrontations With the Baton Rouge Police

One incident stands out in the lengthy file; it involved a wrestling match with an officer that involved a gun. In 2009, the affidavit of probable cause contends that a police officer tried to pat down Sterling when Sterling resisted arrest, and the officer ended up “wrestling with the defendant on the ground” at which time a “black semi auto gun fell from his waistband.” The officer grabbed the back of Sterling’s shirt during the incident, and he was able to arrest him without further incident.
In another probable cause affidavit, an officer named A. Miller wrote that he was patrolling when he saw a gray Chrysler carrying Sterling traveling 65 in a 45 mile per hour speeding zone. He pursued and stopped Sterling, who did not have proof of insurance.
An officer with the last name of Moses responded as backup, and the officers let Sterling retrieve his belongings in a duffel bag, the affidavit says. Sterling walked away and said he would “have the officers’ badge and jobs.” He went to a bus stop and then walked back across the street, and laid on the pavement in a prone position, before saying again that he would have the officers’ badge and jobs and telling them to “go ahead and beat him down regardless of the outcome,” said the court affidavit.
Sterling Was a Registered Sex Offender for a Crime Involving a Juvenile

Sterling, who sometimes went by the names Alton Bertell Sterlings or Aiton B. Sterling, was a registered sex offender, according to a database maintained by the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Sterling is listed as 5 foot 11 inches tall, 310 pounds, with tattoos on his left arm, right arm, and left hand. His status is now listed as “inactive-deceased.”
Sterling’s offense is described as committing “carnal knowledge of a juvenile.” He was convicted on September 20, 2000 in Louisiana and released on October 3, 2004.
Court records show the victim was a 14-year-old girl at the time of the offenses. According to the charging document on file in the courthouse, the victim’s mother had discovered that she was pregnant after taking her to the doctor. The document says that Sterling, then 20, had been dating the victim for about seven months and having sexual intercourse with her in her bedroom. The charging document says he admitted to the mother having sex with her daughter and exhibited an “I don’t care” attitude. Heavy.com is withholding the name of the victim and mother and all victims in the Sterling court file.
According to the sentencing document in the court file, the judge gave Sterling 5 years of hard labor in the Louisiana prison system, but then gave him credit for time he already had served and suspended the balance of the sentence, putting him on probation. He was ordered to pursue a GED or trade and to perform community service, among other conditions of probation, the sentencing document says.
The case was then re-sentenced, and Sterling, who had pleaded guilty, was sentenced instead to 2.5 years of hard labor in the Louisiana prison system.
The court file said he was accused of not registering as a sex offender or notifying authorities of his change of address, requirements of the law.
Sterling Was Convicted Of Illegally Carrying a Gun & Other Weapons Offenses

Alton Sterling was accused of intending to distribute, produce, or manufacture marijuana, court records show. In conjunction with the same charge, he was convicted of “knowingly and intentionally possessing a firearm while in possession of a controlled dangerous substance.” The drug charge was dismissed when he entered a guilty plea, the court records show.

In 2011, Sterling was sentenced to 5 years of hard labor in the Louisiana prison systemconcurrent with any other sentence.
In another probable cause affidavit, an officer, Corporal Paul Lockett, wrote that he was dispatched to a report of suspects trespassing at a home, where they had kicked in the front door and threatened the victim and her husband with a gun. In a probable cause affidavit accusing Sterling of burglary, the victim said that her door was kicked in and suspects presented several guns and made verbal threats.
In a sheriff’s affidavit on another date, Sterling was accused of breaking into a woman’s apartment by making a hole in the wall, and then trying to sell her goldfish for $20.
Sterling was also accused of possessing ecstasy and marijuana in different cases, the court file says.
Sterling Was Convicted of Domestic Battery in 2008
The court file says that Alton Sterling was convicted of domestic battery in 2008 against a member of his own household. Heavy.com is withholding the victim’s name. According to the court file, Sterling also pleaded guilty in this offense, which occurred on March 11, 2008. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail, with credit for time served.

In a 2008 domestic violence battery case, the probable cause statement says that Sterling and her girlfriend were involved in a “heated verbal argument that turned physical” because he was on the phone with a female. The girlfriend said she told Sterling to leave the car but he wouldn’t, so he choked and struck her, the probable cause statement said. The statement said that Sterling denied physically harming the woman and told police she had grabbed his dreadlocks. The probable cause statement said red bruising was observed on the victim’s neck.
In a separate case in 2006, Sterling was charged with two other people in a case involving a battery with a dangerous weapon. According to the court file, he was charged with aggravated battery, simple criminal damage to property, and unauthorized entry to an uninhabited dwelling. Again, Sterling entered a plea deal. In it, charges were amended to disturbing the peace, simple battery, and simple criminal damage to property. He was sentenced to spend 6 months in prison for each count, served concurrently (which means at the same time).
In another case, Sterling was charged with a property crime: Simple burglary. Court records say he pleaded guilty in the May 2005 offense, which was amended to illegally possessing stolen property, a misdemeanor. He received 6 months in prison, but the sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation.
In 1996, court records show, he was charge with another simple battery case, but it was dismissed.

In another domestic violence battery case, the charging document says that a girlfriend of Sterling’s said she was battered at a Mobil station and that “she and the defendant have been involved in several physical confrontations” and that she “had been battered during their relationship.”
In yet another case, Sterling was accused of entering a man’s house and demanding money. He then pushed and shoved the man, “tearing up furniture” and then others arrived to help destroy items, including appliances, the court affidavit says. The court record says that a police officer stopped Sterling, who said he had “tore up the apartment” because the victim had stolen his money. He gave his name as “Otis Deesnuts” and made a reference to a killing and having a barbecue, court records say.

An investigation into Alton Sterling’s past criminal record unveiled a disturbing reason he should never have been on that corner selling CDs in Baton Rouge, LA on July 5.
He should have still been in jail.
In a report dated May 29, 2009 the officer stated he was dispatched to the convenience store after receiving a complaint about a suspect “on the corner selling CDs” who had just pulled a gun on someone.
The officer said he spotted the suspect, later identified as Alton Sterling, carrying a crate of CDs when he arrived at the store.
The officer asked Sterling to put his hands on the hood of the patrol car and asked if Sterling had any weapons on him which Sterling did “not answer”. As the officer continued to pat him down, Sterling reached for something in his pocket.
The officer said Sterling suddenly spun around and the two began to struggle, sending both men to the ground, but was able to call for backup.
“While wrestling with this subject on the ground a black semi auto hand gun fell from this subject waist band at this time,” the report states.
An East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s deputy arrived and the two officers were eventually able to get Sterling into handcuffs. The report ends saying that “Sterling was then escorted to my unit where he continued to fight with officers.”
Sterling was charged with possession of marijuana, sound reproduction prohibited (bootleg CDs), illegal possession of a firearm with drugs, resisting an officer and illegal possession of a stolen firearm.
Déjà vu, right?
Sterling plead guilty to one count of illegal carrying of a weapon with a controlled dangerous substance and was sentenced to five years in prison on July 19, 2011 – which he served until he made parole on Dec. 5, 2013.
Of course, Alton Sterling was back on a Baton Rouge, LA corner armed with a gun and selling bootleg CDs less than five years later where he chose to fight police and meet his untimely death.
You want to blame someone for Sterling’s death? Blame the criminal justice system that let him out in the first place. Then start a movement calling for a complete overhaul of the criminal justice system. It’s beyond broken.

Also he had a lsicnded gun but didn’t matter because “HE’S BLACK” hE TOTALLY DIDN’T HAVE A CRIMINAL RECORD GUYS.
The Facts:

Ms. Diamond Reynolds narrates the now viral Facebook video with several false statements.
Reynolds claimed they were pulled over for a broken tail light, false.
Ms. Reynolds also claims her boyfriend, Castile, was holding a concealed carry permit for a firearm that was resting on his left thigh. This also appears to be false.
According to a question presented to the local county sheriff who oversees the Concealed Carry Permit process, Mr. Castile had never requested a concealed carry permit from their office:
It is possible a CCP was obtained in another county, however the media are conflating “permit to purchase” with “concealed carry permit”. For some reason the CCP ownership is being amplified; it really has no bearing and is largely irrelevant for the context of the situation. That said, there is no factual evidence Mr. Philando Castile had a CCP.
Due to the rear facing camera option on the phone Ms. Reynolds was using, the uploaded video everyone has seen is a reversed mirror image – making it appear she was in the drivers side, and Castile was on the passenger side. However, that impression is incorrect, Castile was driving the vehicle. The uploaded image is reversed by Facebook Livestream Video.
However, correcting the mirror image, in part of the video it is possible to see a hand gun located on the thigh of Philando Castile. This also appears to be why Officer Yanez repeats to Ms. Reynolds not to reach toward her boyfriend:

In addition, Mr. Castile also matched the physical description of the suspect as given by eye witnesses:
[…] The other suspect was described as a black man with shoulder-length dreadlocks, who wore tan pants, tan shoes with white soles, a green jacket, a green baseball cap and glasses, the release says. He also had some of his hair pulled into a bun through the strap on the back of his hat and had a small mustache and facial hair on his chin. (link)
Similar clothes as noted on the robbery suspect are also noted in the Facebook images of Mr. Castile. However, whether Mr. Castile is actually the person who committed the armed robbery is -again- essentially a moot point. Officer Jeronimo Yanez gave the reason for the stop over the radio to his dispatcher as a possible ID on an “armed robbery suspect”:
“I’m going to stop a car. I’m going to check IDs. I have reason to pull it over.”
“The two occupants just look like people that were involved in a robbery. The driver looks more like one of our suspects, just ‘cause of the wide set nose.”

It is with that “armed robbery suspect perspective” the approach toward the vehicle was made by officers Yanez and Kauser.
Mr. Castile, fitting the physical description, being in the same geography, generally matching the BOLO CCTV image, and then having a handgun on his thigh only made the suspicions gain exponential weight.
Any behaviors or sudden movements by Mr. Castile would only increase the anxiety and increase the officer’s perception of Castile as a threat.

Given that police around the country are being targeted based on an entirely false premise, it is critical the truth behind the entire incident be revealed with the same veracity as the MSM narrative. Unfortunately, lies travel around the world twice – before the truth even has time to put its boots on.
As you can tell from the video she uploaded, her four year old daughter was NOT in the vehicle when Ms. Reynolds began broadcasting. Whether her daughter was factually inside the vehicle when the shooting took place is unknown, Ms. Reynolds has never claimed that to be the case.
What is known is there was no activity to remove the child from when the video began uploading (Facebook), to when you see her daughter in the arms of an officer when Ms. Reynolds exits the vehicle (continuously live streaming).
In essence, there is a lot of time not captured between the stop, the shooting, and when Ms. Reynolds begins using her phone to broadcast the post shooting events. [ There is footage from Yanez and Kauser’s dash-cam which should clarify this missing timeline ] Ms. Reynolds begins broadcasting AFTER her daughter was removed from the vehicle (video below for reference):
Lastly, it appears the family circle around Philando Castile is moving quickly to raise funds from the event. There are currently at least THREE Go-Fund-Me Donation, accounts set up by entities within the familial circle, currently running to raise money:

Narrative:
Garner, 43, was confronted by undercover police on July 17, 2014, on Staten Island in New York City and accused of selling untaxed cigarettes, also known as loosies. A video of the encounter showed the more than 300-pound Garner, who was unarmed, resisting and saying he was tired of being harassed as officers moved in to arrest him.
One undercover officer, Daniel Pantaleo, who is white, came up behind Garner and placed him in a chokehold that had been banned by the New York Police Department, and, with the help of other officers, they got Garner on the ground. While still in the chokehold, Garner told the officers multiple times, “I can’t breathe” until his body went listless. Garner was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Numerous acts of civil disobedience erupted in New York City and across the country in the wake of Garner’s death with protester using the words “I can’t breathe” as a rallying cry for justice. Although the case was presented to a grand jury, none of the officers were indicted. It took five years before Pantaleo was fired in 2019 by then-NYPD Commissioner James O’Neill.

On Wednesday, a New York grand jury refused to indict Officer Daniel Pantaleo in the death of 43-year-old Eric Garner. Pantaleo is white; Garner is black. That one fact meant that the President of the United States and the Mayor of New York City took to the microphones to denounce American racism. President Obama talked about the “concern on the part of too many minority communities that law enforcement is not working with them and dealing with them in a fair way.” De Blasio went further, of course, calling for “action” and suggesting that the incident represented the culmination of “centuries of racism.”
Unlike the Michael Brown killing in Ferguson, Missouri, there is excellent cause for concern here. But that concern does not mean that facts of the case ought to become irrelevant.
The Case. The incident was caught on tape by a friend of Garner’s, and shows Garner, who weighed some 400 lbs., being confronted by police over distributing unlicensed cigarettes (colloquially called “loosies”). The video shows Garner resisting arrest, although not violently so – he shouts at officers, “Every time you see me you want to arrest me, I’m tired of this, this stops today…I didn’t do nothing…I’m minding my business, officer…” while waving his arms animatedly — before Pantaleo comes up behind him and places his left arm around Garner’s neck, bringing his right arm up below Garner’s right arm. Garner raises his hands, falling backwards, at which point three other officers physically grab Garner. He falls to the ground, Pantaleo hanging onto his back with his arm still around Garner’s neck. The officers tell Garner to put his hands behind his head, and Garner complains that he cannot breathe. Pantaleo forces Garner’s head to the cement. It is clear that witnesses do not believe Garner has been put in mortal danger.
Garner died a few minutes later.
The autopsy from the medical examiner attributed his death to homicide – meaning death at the hands of another party, not murder, in medical parlance – and stated that he died thanks to “Compression of neck (choke hold), compression of chest and prone positioning during physical restraint by police.” But the autopsy further noted that Garner died thanks to acute and chronic bronchial asthma, obesity, and heart disease.
The Charges. First off, it is vital to note that nobody knows exactly the charges filed with the grand jury against Pantaleo. According to ABC News, the charges could have included “second-degree manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide, felony assault, reckless endangerment.” The charges matter, since each individual charge carries with it requirements for different elements. As Professor Eugene O’Donnell of the John Jay Criminal College of Criminal Justice wrote in The New York Daily News:
As a practical matter — on the basis of past cases — the grand jury would likely indict only if it found malice or some intention to hurt Mr. Garner or that a gross disregard for Mr. Garner’s well-being is what created the tragic ending during this routine arrest. Finding that the officer was careless or that the arrest was bungled will not rise to the level of a crime.
The Arrest. It is vital to separate out the actions of the police from the rationale for their action. That’s because by virtually any logic, it is the height of irresponsibility and depravity for a man to end up dead for selling loose cigarettes. The law that led to this confrontation was pressed forward by former New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg; Garner had been arrested some eight times for selling “loosies.” As Lawrence McQuillan reported in The Washington Times:
In January 2014, tough new penalties for selling untaxed cigarettes took effect in New York City. In July, emboldened by the new law, the city’s highest-ranking uniformed cop, Philip Banks, issued an order to crack down on loosie sales days before Garner died.
So in terms of police cracking down on Garner, the real responsibility lies with Bloomberg and NYPD Chief Bill Bratton. Idiot laws lead to meaningless deaths.
The “Chokehold.” At issue in this case is the so-called “chokehold” used by Pantaleo. Chokeholds have been banned by the NYPD entirely since 1993; chokeholds are typically defined as holds that prevent people from breathing. Thanks to the video showing Garner stating that he cannot breathe, many pundits have wrongly suggested that Pantaleo was “choking” Garner by depriving him of air from his windpipe. Bratton himself suggested that Pantaleo used a “chokehold,” which is defined by the NYPD as “any pressure to the throat or windpipe, which may prevent or hinder breathing or reduce intake of air.”
That does not appear to have been the case. Garner did not die of asphyxiation, as the head of the Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association noted at the time. The preliminary autopsy showed no damage to Garner’s windpipe or neck bones.
So what was Pantaleo doing? He was applying a submission hold, which is not barred by the NYPD, and is designed to deprive the brain of oxygen by stopping blood flow through the arteries. So say the experts on submission holds.
It appears that the so-called chokehold was instrumental in triggering Garner’s pre-existing health problems and causing his death, but Garner was not choked to death, as the media seems to maintain. According to Garner’s friends, he “had several health issues: diabetes, sleep apnea, and asthma so severe that he had to quit his job as a horticulturist for the city’s parks department. He wheezed when he talked and could not walk a block without resting, they said.”
Excessive Force. There is no clear and concise guideline available on excessive force. According to Mark Henriquez, project manager for the National Police Use of Force Database Project at the International Association of Chiefs of Police, only .44 percent of all force complaints were considered excessive from 1994-1998.
So, in deciding whether a grand jury should have indicted Garner, we should assess the following questions:
- Was there any intent by the officers to kill Garner? That would certainly be an uphill case to make, as the grand jury likely found.
- Did the “chokehold” kill Garner, or did his pre-existing health conditions kill him? If Garner had otherwise been healthy, would he have died from use of the “chokehold”?
- If not, would use of the “chokehold” have been reckless?
- Was the use of the “chokehold” reasonable use of force rather than excessive use of force? Was the “chokehold” necessary to subdue him?
Unfortunately, in situations like the Garner case, our gut tends to overwhelm our assessment of the facts. We are sickened, as we should be, by the idea that a man died over sale of loose cigarettes – which is an indictment of the law, rather than of the police. We are sickened by the fact that a man died while warning officers he could not breathe – but we must assess whether that death was caused by the officers, or intervening medical conditions.
When people’s lives are at stake, it is worthwhile to actually examine those facts, rather than pre-conceived narratives constructed for political gain. And it is worthwhile noting that even if the police did use excessive force against Garner – which, of course, is quite possible – that still does not establish that they did so for racial reasons.

Walter Scott was driving his vehicle in North Charleston, S.C., when a police officer, Michael Slager, pulled him over for a broken taillight. A bystander captured the ensuing events on cellphone video. While Slager was talking to Scott in a vacant lot, Scott started to run away. Slager fired eight shots and hit Scott five times, killing him.

Narrative:
On April 12, 2015, Baltimore police officers arrested 25-year-old Freddie Gray for possession of a “switchblade” and took him into a police transport van — in handcuffs and leg shackles but with no seatbelt — and drove away. Within 45 minutes, Gray was found in the van unconscious and not breathing. His spinal cord was almost severed. He went into a coma and died a week later. Video taken by a bystander during Gray’s arrest shows him screaming in pain. Gray’s death prompted widespread protests.
The Facts: I was actually covering this within real time over 5 years ago and this was the case that converted me from a qausi Black Lives Matter supporter into an All Lives Matter supporter due to the complete senselessness of the riots.

So how did this clusterfuck of a mess begin ? Believe it or not, the sources and evidence is still being disputed as we speak. Originally it was believed to be a case of Police Brutality, then evidence revealed it was a self inflicted injury of the spine caused by the suspect itself prior to arrest and now some believe it occurred within the police van after his arrest. All i know for sure is that this doesn’t seem like a typical case of Police Brutality.
Blacklivesmatter is a massively racist, self serving and self centered hashtag that ignores racism faced by whites not only here in the western world but within the Third World as well. For example, in South Africa, White Boer framers are victims of racism from brutal South African Black racists who are ethnically cleansing Boers from the country in what can only be constituted as a legitimate White Genocide. What about the white people in Zimbabwe who were driven out of the country after their land was seized and redistributed to Black farmers? Narrative: She was a pregnant woman who didn’t do anything and was gunned down by cops.
The Facts:
Officer Tantum has several great videos debunking the narrative on Breonna Taylor and how she was once again unsurprisingly not a saint and had a criminal record and dated a man who was a career criminal who was shooting at cops at the time.
That being said the police were in the wrong here, mainly due to no one’s surprise ,GUN CONTROL and DRUG WAR. Once again the cause of over policing and police brutality in this case is because of Gun Control policies and the Drug War which gives too much power to the state and this case is the primary reason why we have many cases of police brutality and conflicts like this.
Breonna Taylors death is a combination of criminal mentality and bad policing, i would say this is silmair to Tamir Rice’s shooting, a bad accident caused by incompetemnt and mismanagement however much like Rice, Taylor was far from innocent and is criminally involved within the time of her death.

Jonathan Ferrel
Officer involved in the shooting was charged with voluntary manslaughter.Ferrell’s family filed a lawsuit against the City of Charlotte; settled with $2.25 million. The officer was removed from the force so hardly an legitimate claim. It was more of the case he though the suspect had a gun and though he was resistant to the taser he used though it later turned out he missed.
John Crawford
Crawford picked up an un-packaged BB/pellet air rifle inside the store’s sporting goods section and continued shopping in the store.. Yeah this guy was a dumbass carrying what looked like a real gun and brandishing around so he deserved to die for his stupidity.

When officers confronted McDonald, he used a knife with a 3-inch blade to slice the tire on a patrol vehicle and damage its windshield.McDonald walked away from police after numerous verbal instructions from officers to drop the knife, at which point responding officers requested Taser backup, according to radio recordings released December 30, 2015 to Politico and NBC Chicago in response to Freedom of Information Act requests. He was shot 16 times in 14–15 seconds, expending the maximum capacity of Van Dyke’s 9mm semi-automatic] firearm. In other words the suspect was resisting arrest and threatening officer lives.
Akai Gurley
Two police officers, patrolling stairwells in the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA)’s Louis H. Pink Houses in East New York, Brooklyn, entered a pitch-dark, unlit stairwell, one of them, Officer Peter Liang, 27, with his firearm drawn. Gurley and his girlfriend entered the seventh-floor stairwell, fourteen steps below them. The shooting was declared an accidental discharge; the bullet ricocheted off the wall and Gurley was struck once in the chest and later died from the shot.On April 19, 2016, Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice Danny Chun sentenced Peter Liang to five years of probation and 800 hours community service, after downgrading his manslaughter conviction to criminally negligent homicide. In other words, it was a complete accident and the officer was charged with his crime.
Eric Harris
While Harris was being subdued, Tulsa County Reserve Deputy Robert Charles “Bob” Bates, 73, confused his personal weapon, a Smith & Wesson .357 revolver, for a Model X26 Taser.Bates shot Harris in the back when he was on the ground. According to the Tulsa County Sheriff’s office, he immediately said afterwards, “Oh, I shot him! I’m sorry.” Bates was found guilty of manslaughter. Another accident and the officer is in jail.
Sandra Bland
She committed suicide, this has nothing to do with police brutality or police violence against Black people
Samuel DuBose
Tensing fired after DuBose started his car. Tensing stated that DuBose had begun to drive off and that he was being dragged because his arm was caught in the car. Prosecutors alleged that footage from Tensing’s bodycam showed that he was not dragged and a grand jury indicted him on charges of murder and voluntary manslaughter. He was then fired from the police department. He was released on bond and a trial is scheduled to begin in October 2016. A legit case of police brutality.
So overall most of these so called “Victims” of police brutality weren’t victims of police brutality, almost none i can find were victims of racism nor is there any evidence of a gross double standard of law enforcement between Black Criminals and White Criminals. Out of the 12 cases i’ve covered, 3 were accidental deaths(Tamir Rice, Freedie Grey, Breonna Taylor) 3 were actual actions of police brutality( Walter Scott, George Floyd, and the other remaining 6 deaths were justified homicides by the police,especial in the case of Micheal Brown, all with the exception of Tamir Rice have a criminal record, of which at least 3 are directly affiliated with a street gang. No evidence of racism in any of these cases,even in open and shut cases like Walter Scott, George Floyd or Eric Garner.
Yet despite the overwhelming evidence against the narrative of Black Lives Matter, the morons still mindlessly chant the clams that our Judicial System is racist,

So you want to accuse the system of racism for a handful of corrupt cops in the system?
The likelihood of being killed by a cop out of the 60 police interactions is 1 out of 2,4000,000 and this is a consserative estimate of a case within 6 years since Micheal Brown’s death, the actual annual average chance of dying from cops by any race is roughly 1in 15,000,000
That’s higher than dying in a plane crash
And 1.5 times higher than being president of the United States

As a Law Abiding Black citizen of America, you are statistically 358 times more likely to be killed by a Black Criminal than you are with a racist cop or a racist Neo-Nazi. As a black criminal,you’re 26 times more likely to die from other black criminals than you are from a cop in general.
if you’re a law-abiding black man in America and the chance of being murdered by racist cop is only 17 out of 45,789,188 or roughly 1 out of 2,693,481, that’s just 67.33% more likely than being killed by a terrorist within the United States

When you read the recent demands from the offical Black Lives Matter movement, you would see that it strongly resembles the same insanely racist goals of the Black Nationalists sects of the Black Panther Party.
Speaking of Black Panther Party which is a whole can of worms, what ultimately destroyed the Black Panther Party which originally started as a well intentioned self defense movement against pro segregationist cops was the divide between Black Supremacist groups that became part of the Black Liberation Movement and the Maoist poison that would further make the movement more radical and violent.
Not only is this an interesting parallel to the Black Lives Matter movement which is the Third Wave of the Black Power movement but alot of the disastrous, counterproductive decisions that the Black Panther Party done created much of the problems the Black Community faced today. Mainly the creation of the Bloods and Crips.
The crips were originally formed as a subset of the Black Panther Party protecting the black community from corrupt cops and violent street gangs but as the power of the BPP faded, the Crips became the street gangs terrorizing the black community to the point smaller gangs formed to create the Bloods and hence the most destructive conflict in the Black Community history post Segregation happened, this then let into eventual splintering of these major gangs into smaller sets and hence contribute heavily to the reason why Black communities make up for 53% of the homicide rate within America.
So it’s the injection of Marxism and Black Racial Nationalism that originally lead to the destruction of an already heavily damaged community from racial segregation and hundreds of years of oppression that is the root cause of why the Black community remnants stagnant overall regarding poverty, crime and education. And this is the ideology SJW’s want to bring more of into the Black Community? Because if you don’t succeed in poisoning the well, try again.
Is it of no coincidence that the rise of Black Supremacist movements have also shown plenty of Black Street Gangs which were originally formed from sects of Maoist and Black Nationals Black Panthers are suddenly gathering together again in support of Black Lives Matter?
People draw the parallel between Black Lives Matter with the original Black Panther Party and yes there are no doubt parallels between the two extremist groups. Both were Soiclaist communists, both Anit White and both created in response to police violence but allow me to show you the difference between the groups.
Black Panthers were founded around the time where actual racism and police brutality were hand and hand, where the majority of cops were actually racist towards minorities and within the dawn of the Civil Rights Movement where they were met with heavy resistance. Another major difference is that the Black Panther party went out of their fucking way to help their community, to bring order to the community, to feed the people and teach them history.
