Oh boy, what a fucking letdown this Death Battle turned out to be, and here i was finally gaining respect for them again. The last few death battles I covered were of acceptable quality but this? Yeah to say that Death Battle poorly researches this one is a vast understatement. It’s very cleary they did no research on the part for Sailor Moon, like literally at all and I’ll explain why.

A)Death Battle acknowledges that Beerus has Finite energy compared to Galaxia’s Unlimited Magical power with the Crystal
The perplexing thing Death Battle admits here is that Galaxia has unlimited energy compared to Beerus while also admitting that they’re nearly evenly matched( They actually aren’t but more on that later).
While this doesn’t really matter much(Given Androids have Unlimited energy yet were still outclassed by Super Sayains once they mastered Super Saiyan forms) aso Galaxia’s power oupt and near limitless stamina isn’t a factor in this battle.

If this is the case, then this changes everything about Pharaoh 90 as we knew it and puts the destruction of Pharaoh 90 at a far more terrifying level.
In Ep120 of Sailor Moon’s anime, The Lead Scientist of Japan states that he believes that our universe is surrounded by another universe and his theory was that the entire universe was a single entity. Professor Tomoe’s reaction implies that this is true.

As the title said, Black Lady has managed to travel to the end of Space-Time, Wiseman lives at the end of space-time. This can actually be confirmed with Black Lady able to travel at infinite speed across the entire Space-Time Communication as well and Black Lady is MUCH weaker than both Queen Serenity and Queen Neheilaina,.
There’s also a deathbed future Sailor Moon letting her present counterpart power from space-time.
It is also backed by the cross dimensional light caused by Serenity from another plane of the Multiverse.

Who admits her powers vastly diminished from her prime in the future
Yet in both the anime and manga, She directly intervenes and boosts present Sailor Moon’s powers.
In the anime directly no selling a direct blast from Black Lady while trying to talk no jutsu her.
This works and due to the positive energy of Queen Serenity, instantly dispels the power of Black Lady turning her back to Chibiusa.
In ep 88, the pure energy of the Ginzhuisho calls Neo-Queen Serenity from the future to briefly replace Sailor Moon where she temporarily resists the power of The Death Phantom by herself despite her injuries.
That’s right even with next to no power, Queen Serenity can casually fuck with he Space-Time Comninatuim which is a solid Low Muiltversial feat in itself and keep in mind this is in the second arc.
This would be like if Frieza in Dragon Ball Z turned into Golden form last second to flex on Goku and go into GT via time travel and beat the shit out of SSJ 4 Goku, that’s how insane of a jump in power this would be.
Which lit up the universe which actually becomes a plot point later on making it far from an outlier.

Beerus going by this is only 7.26e25 m/s and Galaxia is around 1.099e+26m/s, i already explained why this is a massively inaccurate speed for Galaxia, now time to epxlain why this also fails with Beerus.
Goku and Beerus punch crossed beyond the Universe borders of Universe 7 and into the Kaioshin realm, a dwarf Universe that orbits Universe 7. Assuming roach limits, , that’s about 30 times the length of the Universe as a distance it orbits the main Universe. So it’s already Much faster than 242 Qaudrillion times the speed of light.
In fact this is the speed i got is MUCH higher than What Death Battle calced.
Now for SSJ God Goku vs Beerus feat, then punching and shaking Universe 7. The Dragonball Universe World is 3 of our Universes in Mass and shaking the Observable Universe at light speed alone produces roughly 4×10^69 Joules.

Honestly doesn’t really matter about age but if we’re throwing numbers here, 13.2 Billion>200 Million
Besides hand to hand combat matters little when your opponent is supremely broken in terms of HAX. Just look at Doctor Strange, he’s likely physically weak due to the inability to use his hands yet he regularly fights off threats to the entire Marvel Mutiverse and casually dwarfs most forms of Hulk and Thor, the heaviest hitters of the Avengers.
So Marital Arts skills really don’t matter.

I noticed on Sailor Chaos’s page, her most important ability (plot wise) was removed.
Chaos has the ability to destroy something past nothingness.
To explain it more throughly, I shall post this scan:
Here in this scan Sailor Cosmos explains that Sailor Chaos damaged the Cosmos to such degree she wasn’t able to recover it or bring it back. Sailor Cosmos can regenerate things that have been erased from existence. The Lambda power brough back Sailor Cibi-Moon even though her entire existence, even her Sailor Crystal, was erased by the Cauldron.
Yet despite having this power, Sailor Cosmos could not repair the damage that Sailor Cosmos. Which tempted her to try to change histroy and destroy Chaos before he was reincarnated as a Sailor Senshi.
I would suggest this ability be called something similar to Absolute Destruction and be descfribed as something like (can destroy something past nothing preventing it from being regeneration, remade, or recreated in anyway)
Of course there is the problem of NLF, but I don’t think this applies to that. Anyone who has better Regeneration powers than Sailor Cosmos should be able to undo Sailor Chaos’s ability as well as those in higher tiers than Sailor Chaos and Sailor Cosmos.
This profile shows us that Chaos is High Godly because “it will not stop existing even if all of reality is erased, which it will eventually do” which seems correct and an immeasurable Speed because “the lack of space-time itself”. I) You’re using the Anime version of Galaxia instead of the Manga version
Stronger Minions of Sailor Galaxia can mock that level of power such as the revived Sailor Senshi processed by Galaxia and controlled by her.
Another problems DB seems to do a lot for feats in the fight is to use the anime and manga veirsons of both fights, where the portrayals of Galaxia are different.

In the anime In episode 172 (Love and Moon Power! The End of The Nightmare!) Usagi treks for miles in the snow, and then crawls through more miles of thorns, and then is hit with lots of negative energy blasts from and enraged Queen Nehelenia.

This would also put Kefla around the same tier as Toppo as her kick within LSSJ2 Goku was easily stronger than Kaiokenx20 Goku’s Spirit Bomb against Jiren, this is especially evident as Goku needed Ultra Instinct, the same one used against Jiren to beat her in her fused state.
So now that we got a summary of how strong everyone is, let’s now compare them to Goku Black arc characters.
As I noted, each arc in Super,Goku gets 100 fold stronger. The human characters Kirrin ,Roshi and Tien would not fair well at all even power scaling to Base Goku from Universe Survival Arc as while they might beat Base Goku, merely Kaiokenx20 base or SSJ1 unmastered form would be enough for Goku Black Arc Goku to beat them.As for Goku in base, he can easily defeat SSJ 1 Goku within the Goku Black Arc and would only be outmatched by MSSJ1 or SSJ2 state respectively.
SSJ 2 tier Goku characters would easily be far stronger than SSJ2 and SSJ3 to the point it would be a stomp, however SSJG Goku from Goku Black Arc still shits on any SSJ2 and SSJ3 tier characters from Universe Survival Arc.
Now comes the interesting part. When comparing SSJB Goku to the Tournament of Power Goku, there’s a 100 fold difference and it would show, it would be comparable to stronger versions of Goku Black as well as post training Goku SSJB and SSJB Vegeta.
Now comes the fusions,First the fusion of Zamasu and Goku Black, note each were stronger than Goku and Vegeta initially which is a initially 10-100 times Goku Black Arc SSJB, that’s about a 1 Trillion, 10 trillion fold power increase from that arcs Base Goku, combine this with the fusion and you get a power multiplier of 1.e+26 times or 100 Septillion base Goku power level as Fusion Zamazsu which weakened due to Goku Black’s body dying in the process of taking too much damage, assuming the Spirit Sword Trunks used is around the same tiering as Kaiokenx20 Spirit Bomb which should have roughly more or less scalable to a weakened Fusion Zamasu.
Now comes the big elephant in the room, Kefla herself. Kefla’s power increase is often criticized by fans and is shrouded in controversy. I’ll let this video explain this power from Kefla and why it’s not as bad as some of the other plotholes people ignore. Kefla in LSSJ2 would be at the very least 2 Octillion times stronger than Goku’s base form and comparable to a weakened Megred Fusion Zamasu.Ultra Instinct Sign Goku should be easily be around this level in Ultra Instinct Omen, Vegeta is also around or relative to this power level in Super Saiyan Blue Evolution as well as Toppo within God of Destruction mode. Beerus in full power base is also arguably around the level as Toppo is compared to Beerus and the other God’s directly.

Keep in mind in the Manga Chaos is an Abstract entity who can’t be killed
This means Anime Galaxia is relative to FUCKING SAILOR COSMOS who is the only one who can defeat Chaos or rather should be the only one to defeat Chaos.
So Galaxia in the anime is literally on STEROIDS in terms of power as she contained Chaos within her body and was able to fully control that much power.
In the anime, it was sealed away by Sailor Galaxia and eventually managed to corrupt her, but not before she sent her Star Seed, the Light of Hope, out on its own to find “the stars of love and justice.”
Eventually, it manages to find Sailor Moon and takes a form that resembles her. This form is Chibi Chibi. Ar the end, when Princess Serenity manages to free Galaxia on her own and expel Chaos from the body of the powerful Soldier, she explains to Galaxia that no one person should try to fight Chaos alone, but that it should forever be held partially in the hearts of all people where it can not overwhelm.
Chaos is an interesting villain that breaks the barriers and precedents set by all previous Sailor Moon enemies. It is a force of evil in and of itself that manages to corrupt a host who wishes to banish it from existence. Unlike enemies from previous seasons; who all had vendettas, plans, reasons, and/or a more complicated method to their evil; Chaos wasn’t willing anything to happen. It was a dormant force of evil that inspired evil in the body and mind of the Golden Senshi who tried to destroy it, while it is a thing that can not be erased from the world as long as humans exist. Interestingly enough, Chaos Galaxia was gathering starseeds, essentially eliminating all human life, in order to control the universe.
Considering the power scaling with the anime and manga isn’t far off, Chaos would be about the same powerwise as he is in the manga . Meaning ANime Galaxia is actually WAY stronger than Manga Galaxia and that one alone already casually eclipses Beerus powers and abilities.
Mind you merely her energy she was casually emitting was distorting all of space time within a Mutiversial scale. Galaxia’s power was creating a spacetime maelstrom, sending ripples through time threatening to change history. Her actions were changing time, causing people to disappear, even King Endymion bearer of the Golden Crystal and Sailor Pluto, Guardian of spacetime.Keep in mind this is merely Galaxia’s power without her doing anything, her power is easily transcending entire Universes in planck seconds.
There’s no way in hell Beerus compares to this power, even if he had mastered Ultra Instinct and fused with Whis, this is literally Zeno tiers of power.
K) Hakai can’t kill Galaxia
Another factor Death Battle ignores is that it’s very hard to kill a Senshi, much less erase them from existence much less one on the caliber of Galaxia.
Sailor Senshi have regeneration abilities, while downplayed considerably in the anime version and rarely shown in the manga, they have the ability to survive even the worst of injuries or fatal wounds and these are considerably lower tier Senshi to Galaxia.
Sailor Moon and by extension Sailor Senshi can regenerate their bodies provided their star seed isn’t completely destroyed as proven in this thread.
During the third arc, Sailor Neptune/Uranus and pluto said something interesting about the Senshi physiology, During this arc, it said that if Hotaru (Sailor Saturn) can awake her Sailor Senshi Consciousness (it mean power too), she could heal all of her physiologics problems (she has been cyporgenized almost half of her body) , they are currently noted in their profile at Likely Mid for all senshi but i’ve found more proof about the godly regen, so from here, the sailor power is supposed to regenerate your body.
In the same Arc, After she saved her and Sailor Senshi’s Souls, Hotaru (Sailor Saturn)’s Soul has been erased from existence because of Mistress 9, but more than than, her body has been completly destroyed by her too (Mistress possessed Hotaru, when she gained enough power, she destroyed Hotaru’s body and Soul by transformate Mistress 9’s body )
It’s noted that she still has a “Me” Inside her souls, the power of the senshi is still here even if the soul has been destroyed.
Basically, Sailor Senshi’s consciousness can regenerate the soul and create a new body from nothing, it’s similar to Mid Godly but they regenerate from Sailor Senshi’s consciousness (like Touhou Youkai), Sailor Saturn is an example, Saturn’s conscious has been locked, when it’s unlocked, they can regen the body, as pluto said that it can regen the body but in our case he completely regen the body from nothing)/soul (she regenerated Hotaru’s soul when Saturn conscious is) of the user but every senshi has access to their Senshi’s conscious.

I would suggest this ability be called something similar to Absolute Destruction and be described as something like (can destroy something past nothing preventing it from being regeneration, remade, or recreated in anyway)
Of course there is the problem of NLF, but I don’t think this applies to that. Anyone who has better Regeneration powers than Sailor Cosmos should be able to undo Sailor Chaos’s ability as well as those in higher tiers than Sailor Chaos and Sailor Cosmos.
This profile shows us that Chaos is High Godly because “it will not stop existing even if all of reality is erased, which it will eventually do” which seems correct and an immeasurable Speed because “the lack of space-time itself”. So taking example on this profile adds the capacity on the profile of chaos here because it too is an abstract entity and represents the Chaos.
I bring this up as Chaos Galaxia literally was unstoppable and easily recovered from even the strongest attacks from the Senshi and was unable to be destroyed by any means so scaling she should have about the same levels or god level regeneration.
There’s also the fact she’s tanked attacks that equal the destructive power of Hakai as well.
Usgai can shoot destructive beams of light that move many times faster than natural light, the Light is so powerful, it can vaporize anything on a SubAtomic level showing Sailor Moon can generate enough destructive energy to erase your atoms from existence.
These same beams of light seen within her attacks can also vaporize Blackholes which as we know have “Infinite energy” and could take Quintillions of years for Hawking Radiation to evaporite them meaning her normal power exceeds beyond what’s through scientifically possible.
To Generate enough heat to pretty much vaporize any an all matter, Usgai would have to be generating what we call Absolute Heat

With merely a single cubic meter of air heated to Absolute Heat, that would produce a mindblowing 1.463967e+35 Joules of Energy, that’s about 34 989 651 052 000 000 000 megatons or 34.989 Yottatons of destructive force in a single cubic meter
To give you an idea of how mind blowingly hot and destructive it is, one cubic meter of absolutely hot heated air is enough to completely destroy the GBE of Uranus nearly 13 times over and that’s with a single cubic meter of heated air at absouble hot with the residual burning resulting in 2.6893162672113277e+35 Joules in heating energy alone.
An arguably decent example would be when Natsu in Fairy Tail had enough power to burn straight through time itself, against Zeref who absorbed the Fary Heart which had Small Star level potency via planetary reality warping. Sailor Moon uses the Eternal Tiara to create an attack that uses the power of entire United Solar System. The attack creates a space-time vortex which seems to lock the opponent in place in space-time, the vortex emanates the energy of the Full Power of the Solar System, including the entirety of the power of the Silver Crystal which can create the energy of a universe. This attack seems to be able to hit opponents in other dimensions and can attack on the spiritual plane.
Silver Moon Crystal Power Kiss is Eternal Sailor Moon’s final and strongest effective attack in the anime’s fifth and final season, Sailor Moon: Sailor Stars. It first appeared in Episode 187 when Chibi Chibi had grabbed the Eternal Tiare, further increasing its healing abilities on an even higher power-level.
To perform this much stronger moon-related attack, Eternal Sailor Moon summoned the Holy Moon Chalice and attached it to the end of the Eternal Tiare, creating the Moon Power Tiare, and greatly strengthening its abilities. Once it was created, Eternal Sailor Moon would call out the attack’s name and once she reached the final word of the attack, she would hold up the Tiare, which would send golden beams of light towards her target.

However, Episode 194 showed its more offensive ability as well, as it destroyed one of Sailor Tin Nyanko’s mind-controlling bracelets when she managed to dodge the golden beams of pure moonlight.
The attack made its final appearance in the following episode, where it was used on Sailor Galaxia by Eternal Sailor Moon calling out Silver Moon Crystal Power. Unfortunately, the attack proved to have little to no effect on her.
Eternal Sailor Moon uses the Moon Power Tiara to create an aura of super-intense light and energy. The attack in a single flash destroyed all 8 of the Eternal Sol System Senshi under Galaxia’s brain-control, all stronger then normal. It also completely countered and nullified Sailor Galaxia’s Galactica Inflation
Galaxia has tanked attacks worse than Hakai from Sailor Moon alone and has Low God regen via powerscaling to Sailor Moon

Realistically Beerus would be unable to kill her and it would be him at the receiving end of thi.
Which brings us to the final reason why Beerus would lose.
L) Galaxia’s HAX are too OP for Beerus to overcome
Death Battle massively downplayed Galaxias’ hax abilities , only seemingly focusing on the StarSeed part of her powers, although ripping out star seeds is one of her primary ways of killing Senshi, she has killed Senshi with powerful blasts that erase them from existence.
Even if Speed and power is eqauilzed between the two(Which death battle certainly had it to be) And Beerus had the edge in Ultra Instinct which is at the bare minimum a 2 Octillion times muptiler of speed and power, Galaxia has a shit ton of ways to kill Beerus aside from Forecibly removing Star Seeds.
It’s implied that Star Seeds are only a thing in the Sailor Moon Verse so far enough, there’s no evidence it would work outside of the Sailor Moon verse so it’s kinda like the whole SpeedForce thing being exclusively a DC thing. However what’s constantly ignored is the fact Galaxia can also completely erase beings from existence on a subatomic level so it’s unlikely Beerus would survive that even if he’s able to withstand his star seed removed.
She can erase beings frome existence and easily recreate them to be her followers and can attack on a e mental plan
Galaxia has Cosmic Awareness & Clairvoyance (Can see distant events in the past and can hear thoughts thousands of light-years away which would make it hard for Beerus to get a upperhand

Frankly this battle should be the other way around and not even remotely close to a close call. Galaxia is just that much stronger than Beerus and i’ve proved it with hard numbers, statements, power scaling and deep lore
Galaxia is at the bare minimum Multiversal whereas Beerus is only Low Mutiversial at best. The gap in power is just too great between the two, the speed gap is much bigger when you consider Galaxia’s Multiversal speed scaling and Hakai would be useless as she’s tanked attacks on that level. Death Battles lack of research on this shows as they didn’t even factor that Pharaoh 90 was literally a living Universe size entity from another dimension and Queen Neheilinas henchmen were many times above that and Neneheila literally had a parallel Mutivlerse within her mirror. Combine this with hax way more than Beerus and Galaxia easily takes a W here. What infuriates me with this piss poor death battle is that i’m going to see the endless wanking of DBZ and dowplay of Sailor Moon despite the latter still way stronger.
Overall i have to give this Death Battle a D-, it’s spared an F because it got the basics right and it’s not intentionally trying to bury Galaxia like the infamous Death Battle with Erza and Zoro 4 years earlier or nearly as bad as Gaara vs Toph(BTW totally looking forward to the Avatar wank for the next Death Battle with Zuko vs Todoroki). For a while I thought Death Battle was improving on their battles but this is pretty piss poor research either done out of laziness, bias for Dragon Ball, Ignorance of Sailor Moon or the fear of a shistorm in the comments. As for the moment DB characters are still quantifiably below Sailor Moon Characters until there’s a considerable upgrade for the verse

To make up for the disappointing research in Death Battle and how disappointingly outclassed Beerus is to Galaxia, I’m going to compensate and use the Xenoverse Games of DBZ to give a bone to the DBZ fans and give an actually good Death Battle.
As we know Galaxia laughably outclasses CanoN Dragon Ball Super thanks to actual research on my part and frankly no amount of Salty DBZtards are going to change my mind, look at the evidence.
But what about the Xenoverse Game series which is casually far more powerful than the canon series?
Beerus in Xneovers should effortlessly scale to Demgira and took Demgira as seriously as he was fighting Demgira in his Heavily suppressed state, the same Heavily suppressed state he fought Pre Battle of Gods Goku in.
Keep in mind the Xenoverse games are far more powerful than the canon series as there are numerous confirmed Muitiversal tier characters and characters within canon boosted to far more powerful states than exist. For example Future Trunks in Dragon Ball Fusions was Mutiverisal+ in base form given he can threaten the existence of Multiple Timelines in merely his base form and this is DBS Super Erza trunks so he has the False Super Saiyan Blue Mupilters to increase his power and this is merely Trunks,
Demgira is way above that level of power as he’s described as a being who exists beyond time and space and is capable of erasing all of existence and is considered a Beyond Muitverisal threat. Was overpowering and defeated Demigra Makyouka, who was going to cause the collapse of the DBH Multiverse and the “Real World”, in his base form. Defeated Chamel who gained all of Demigra’s powers and with his presence alone was about to collapse the Multiverse and Beat’s World.
So for starters Toki Toki is the bird that controls time. He is also the bird who can create time. To further prove that he controls time on a multiversal scale Toki-Toki was affected by Mira and Towa making changes in history. This is further specified when Toki Toki is stated to control all of space-time. Could also stop time long enough to prevent Demigra’s destruction of the multiverse (while still being absorbed by him, showing his time prowess.)
Toki Toki’s eggs can create the time for a single universe. However it appears that creating a universe is not the limit of the power of the egg as Towa planned to use its power to not only revive the Demon Realm and merge it with the main universe, but to rule time and space. This is further proven by the fact that Elder Kai states that he (Toki Toki) has power over time in the same scans he says that he can create universes with his eggs. It is also apparent that the destruction of Toki-Toki’s egg could threaten reality outside of Towa’s dimension as she herself stated.
And this is just one egg!
Finally, on the most recent preview of the upcoming Super Dragon Ball Heroes anime, Toki Toki is described as being an “important being” who is responsible for the existence of all dimensions
Dragon Ball Xenoverse
Demigra’s Feats and Statements:
Demigra would scale to all of Toki-Toki’s feats and statements due to having absorbed him (not just an egg, all of him.) This is further justified because when he absorbs him he states he has control over all of time and all of space (in a similar manner to Toki-Toki). This is further confirmed when Chronoa states that Demigra was a Demon who warped time. He also had the power to create his own history, upon destroying the rest of the multiverse.
More feats and statements:
Beerus has been stated numerous times to be able to destroy everything on his lonesome. He is also stated to flat out be able to destroy all of history. This was all said without Beerus even reaching his full power, so the Future Warriorshould definitely scale to this somewhat since he fought on par with Beerus and Whis in a test. Demigra would also scale as he fought on par with the Future Warrior and SSJ3 Post BoG Goku.
Chronoa’s existence is implied to maintain the stability of existence when Dabura states that her death will cause all of the world’s history to crumble. This is “Supreme Kai of Time” Chronoa, who scales below Demon God Demigra
The clash of the powers of Mira and Time Breaker Bardock caused the entirety of that point in history to dissapear.
Then Mira’s core overload was stated to be able to not just destroy the universe but to be able to break through dimensions to the point where Towa (who can travel to any timeline she wishes thanks to the Time passport) thought that she wouldn’t be able to escape the upcoming blast.
Final Form Mira would scale to this as when he absorbed the egg he became far stronger than he would have ever been with his power limiter (not to mention he absorbed all of the raw time powers the egg had).
Dragon Ball Heroes

Dragon Ball Xenoverse is implied to be canon to Dragon Ball Heroes, as Demigra’s death is referenced in it. He makes a return and is capable of matching the Time Patrol and Chronoa as a Demon God.
Demigra (this time even without Toki Toki) is a threat to the entire world and was going to erase the history of the whole world. His power was so great that it was causing the collapse of the Multiverse and Beat’s world which is a world outside the multiverse.

Why It Applies to Heroes
It is rather common knowledge that Dragon Ball Heroes is a love letter/crossover to all Dragon Ball Z games. And Budokai Tenkaichi 3 is no different; not only is it also a Bamdai Nanco game just like the rest, the sister Budokai series is pretty blatantly stated and shown to be a part of the Heroes multiverse, with Shin Budokai’s plot and Janemba showing up.
Also, “The Real World” in Dragon Ball Heroes is continuously shown to be a dimension where all Dragon Ball manga, games and movies are fictional, but, as seen when Beat gets sucked into the screen, they are in fact just alternate timelines on the DB multiverse. We’re repeatedly shown advertising for other DB games in Heroes and, as the thread I linked above proves, the Budokai series is included in its canon. Every game made by Bandai Namco is.
One can draw a parallel to Earth-1218 in the Marvel Universe, a universe where literally all the storylines from other Marvel Comics universes came out and were printed as fiction, with human writers having replicated them.

On Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, two time patrollers make the following statements:
They suggest that ‘history’, ie the Dragon Ball multiverse, has an infinite number of diverging timelines (paths). The commonly used argument against this statement was that it merely suggested that History in Xenoverse had an infinite amount of possible outcomes, but a finite amount of realized outcomes, which were constantly increasing but would never actually reach infinity.

Which even further confirms the idea that there are, indeed, infinite timelines that already exist in the Xenoverse multiverse: history contains ‘limitless’ diverging timelines and ‘has no end’. The present tense suggests that these aren’t “possible” timelines, but rather timelines that already exist.
But even if you choose to ignore this clear context and argue that he is still only talking about the fact that there are infinite possibilities/paths that history can potentially take, but that aren’t physical and are merely branching out endlessly (which would be 2-B, as I mentioned above), there is additional evidence that suggests there are timelines for every possibility.
Fu, one of the ‘greater’ characters in the game, tells Dabura that he is not interested in Demon Realms but rather in “exploring all the possibilities”. He then proceeds to clarify that he is talking about timelines. This suggests that the term “possibility” and “timeline” are interchangeable, and that possibilities can be explored. With infinite possibilities, this would mean that there is an infinite amount of timelines to be explored in the multiverse, as all possibilities can be physically explored and experimented with to affect History.
In a nutshell, (1) there are infinite possible outcomes in History, with each outcome being its own timeline (2) for every possible outcome, there is a timeline, since Fu states that all possibilities can be physically expored (3) with infinite possible outcomes, this means infinite timelines,
So Yeah Beerus is at least High Complex Multiverse Level to Low Hyperverisal level in Xenoverse and at least 11th dimensional given Beats world is outside the Multiverse, implying an extra dimensional Mutiverse. so basically on the same level as Chaos Galaxia within the anime who should equal the power of Chaos within the manga.

The anime version(Who tanked Sailor Moon’s Multiversal attacks) and scales to Manga Chaos on the other hand would be a much closer fight than their canon fight counterparts. Galaxia within Chaos level should be roughly Low Hypeverisal level as well as a 100% Beerus, however while Galaxia would still be hard to kill via Low God level to High God level regen and resistance to existence erasure, Beerus if he can use Ultra Instinct Omen can easily get the upper hand with a 2 Octillion times mupitler in power, with this upper hand if Beerus can master this or at the very least use it right, he can get the upper hand and kill Galaxia with a Hakai, while Hakai is limited in effectiveness against her, with the 2 octillion times boost in power, this would be a lot closer to the original death battles results. A close battle but ultimately Beerus wins thanks to the Ultra Instinct and his Ultra Instinct enhanced Hakai.
However it should be noted that much like Sayains, Senshi have reactive power levels and can get stronger during a fight, going from being horribly outclassed to being able to outmatch the villain their fighting. Also while Beerus and Galaixa have massive reserves of Energy, Galaxia would have near unlimited energy whereas Beerus ki is finite so it can turn to her favor,especially with far superior and more numerous hax, however Beerus should take the win , that is Xenoverse Beerus.

Last time I checked, Mutiverise theory or M-Theory has a total of 11 dimensions, going beyond 11 is what puts you in Low Hyperverisal level.Outverisal is too high for any character unless you can prove Xenoverse characters or Galaxia are within the Outerverisal range.

I would say that’s wanking by a lot, to be honest, I don’t really see a strong enough case to put them Outerverisal, especially when the minimum for Abstract and conceptual beings would be Hyperverisal or at least Low Hyperversial level, I do agree that their powers easily beyond Mutiverisal and beyond what Zeno has displayed in canon. chaos himself is literally stronger than the Mutiverise as even a Mutiverse reset couldn’t kill them. Yeah, that’s complete bullshit. One Piece isn’t even FTL. Kizaru is literally stated to be the fastest character in that Universe and he’s only Lightspeed, any claim to the contradiy is bullshit. Oh god, the research was hot garbage, They used World Breaker Hulk and Immortal Hulk feats and yet Hulk lost?Yeah no, Wordbreaker Hulk is a celestial tier threat, they shit on anything within DB, I would be surprised to see even Xenoverse characters match up against Doctor Strange who is a OP as a character who regularly battles celestial tier characters and even a few abstracts yet Hulk bodied him in his strongest form and Hulk was holding back during World War Hulk. The fact he fought and stomped Strange alone is proof WB Hulk is beyond Brolys level, I would even say even Xenoverse Broly would lose to this one.
As for Immortal Hulk, he’s beyond broken, he literally killed Franklin Richards who can battle Celestials and stomp them and made Galatcus his fucking Herald and speaking of Galactus, Immortal Hulk killed Post Lifebringer Galatcus who was Outerverisal level and killed a 8th Plane being as well before going to destroy all of creation. Because of the sheer volume of a Multiverse. A Multiverse has 1^10^10^122 Parrel Universe, to cross the distance of all that, it would be WAY beyond comprehension. That would be 1 in over 120,000 zeros in m/s to cross even a Mutiverse. As for Outerverisal, it’s in the name, it’s beyond the realms of reality. An Outverse is basically infinite Hyperverses which contain infinite Multiverses and contain Infinite Universes. It’s literally immeuasrable by all metrics and if you’re Outeversial, you’re beyond the concept of speed itself

Otuwerverisal is a huge stretch, to be Outerverisal, you need to exceed multiple planes of Infinite Dimensional realities, there are at best only 11 Dimensions in Sailor Moon basing it on the M-Theory of real-world string theory. Xneoverse for the same reason will not be Outversial as there’s not an infinite dimmeisonal reality in it or Infinite Hypverses within Xenoverse.

In theory, he should be able to beat her but the power gap is too huger at the moment. Until we see a solid Mutiverisal feat for characters of Beerus tier. He’s Low Mutiverisal at best scaling from Infinite Zamasu, the manga is still ongoing so we might see a considerable power upgrade very soon with the Dragonball Super Universe. Right now waiting to see what Beerus can really do before revisting this death battle.
