Medaka Kurokami is the main character of the manga/anime “Medaka Box.” At the beginning of the series she is seen giving her acceptance speech as Student Council President at Hakinowa Academy. Unbeknownst to the students, Hakinowa Academy is not your ordinary high school. Hakoniwa is the site for an ambitious experiment known as the Flask Plan, which is an attempt to create the perfect human. For this purpose students are divided into 13 different classes upon arrival. The most normal students with nothing remarkable or special about them are assigned to Class 1, while the gifted and special children are sprinkled through classes 2 through 12. Class 13 is reserved for the most abnormal students and each student typically possesses some special power that they have manifested through either being born with it, body experimentation, or overwhelming personality traits. They stand head and shoulders over the rest of the student body and are not even required to attend classes. Medaka Kurokami, as well as many of her most powerful opponents, belong to Class 13 and are classified in the Medaka Box universe as “Abnormals.”

Throughout the series, Medaka is tested and time and time again she proves she is not a force to be reckoned with. Like Saitama from One Punch Man or Alucard from Hellsing, Medaka stands head and shoulders over her entire universe. She is a pubstomp character with enough feats to earn her a mention in a discussion about the strongest characters in fiction, largely due to the absurd strength of the universe she comes from. As you read this character profile there are some Medaka Box lingo or syntax that are important to have a general understanding of. The following three classifications of powers exist within Medaka Box:

Abnormality = A power or superhuman ability of some sort, which abnormals possess. Most superpowers in fiction would identify closest to an abnormality. They’re conceptually identical to mutations in X-men, except they arise out of one’s personality rather than biology.

Minus = A corrupt abnormality, often bearing negative side-effects on the user’s psyche in return for much more ferocious power.

Style = Powers that achieve various reality-warping effects through the manipulation of the Japanese language and dialogue. For example, words that rhyme with each other can be interchanged in reality. A brick can turn into a stick. Keep in mind, since Japanese has Kanji and Hiragana, there are multiple ways this can be applied and many variations of styles.

Backstory

Medaka’s biological mother died from a heart attack immediately after childbirth; members of the Kurokami Group coldly said Hato existed only to give birth to Medaka. 

Because of her abnormal abilities, she quickly matured, and soon was surpassing even adults in all fields. 

]While her growth was initially viewed as fascinating, many professors would retire after seeing their lifelong efforts easily outdone by a little girl, and gradually started viewing her as unsettling instead. 

Because of this, Medaka began to wonder why she was even born. 

At the age of two, Medaka was sent to Hakoniwa General Hospital, which studied atypical children; it was a starting point for the Flask Plan. 

While waiting to get checked, Medaka ended up sitting beside a four-year-old Misogi Kumagawa. He was sorely unimpressed by what was going on, telling Medaka that people are born for no reason. As he was called in, Kumagawa left Medaka with the parting words that there was no point in being alive. 

These words left a strong impact on Medaka, and she lost interest in the world. Eventually, she grew bored with the constant examinations and tried to escape. Hiding from the hospital staff, she made her way into a nursery room for children of the doctors on call. Inside, she found only one other child, a two-year-old Zenkichi struggling with a toy puzzle. Not knowing how else to introduce herself, Medaka took the toy away from him and easily solved it herself. An impressed Zenkichi asked her to solve the rest of the puzzles in the room, which she accomplished without trouble, much to Zenkichi’s delight. Medaka brushed him off, insisting that life has no meaning. When Zenkichi refuted her, she asked him for what reason she was born. He then pointed out how happy she had made him, and told her: “I’m sure you were born to make the people around you happy.”^[2] Medaka took these words to heart, and the two became friends from that point onwards.^[3]

Medaka was in fact so smitten with Zenkichi for saving her, that she immediately asked him to marry her, though he shot her down just as quickly, a rejection she took quite hard. This was her first and last rejection.^[4] Zenkichi was the first person to deny Medaka anything so Medaka believed Zenkichi to be special. Subsequently, Medaka took Zenkichi hostage in the hospital nursery so that she could play with him. Hitomi tried to talk Medaka out of the “hostage” situation, but Medaka held her off with the promise of violence. For half a day, Medaka and Zenkichi played, but Zenkichi soon fell ill to high fever from exhaustion. At his bedside, Medaka tearfully apologized for forcing Zenkichi to go beyond his limits; even though she felt that their friendship was fate, still no one could keep up with her. Zenkichi took her hands and told her to stop crying. With a cheery smile, Zenkichi promised to catch up to Medaka even if they became separated or lost. Since then Medaka, believed there was no one special in the world, Zenkichi included, but that he was someone who stood beside her.^[5]

In her first year of primary school, Medaka was commissioned with looking after the class pet. However, neither rabbits nor carp would come near her. During the class trip to the zoo, not even the scariest animal would show itself in front of Medaka, all scared off by her overwhelming force of will.^[6] Medaka took the first kiss of all her classmates, but when she and Zenkichi got to elementary school, he had her stop.^[7] As a child, Medaka would spy on her sister Kujira with her brother Maguro when she would be having one of her temper tantrums. Medaka looked up to her sister for her stoicism, and would console her after her rages.^[8] She and her brother often chased their sister around.^[9]

During her time at Hakobune Middle School, she was constantly attacked by Kouki Akune at the behest of then Student Council President Kumagawa. Medaka ignored the beatings and continued with her school life as usual. It was at this time that Medaka began to make a name for herself as the diamond in the rough that the destroyer couldn’t destroy, and how she earned the nickname “Heyday” (全盛期, Zenseiki) in the seventh grade.^[10] At the same time, Akune’s own reputation began to decline, leading to Zenkichi gathering together the other “Anti-Akune” students to gang up on him. It was at this time that Medaka finally attacked, not Akune but her childhood friend, admonishing him for trying to bully someone weaker than him, as well as telling him to switch back to his old hair-style. She also told Akune that she would continue to take his beatings until he regained the heart of a good person. Though he refuted her analysis, this lead to Akune pledging himself to Medaka, and this event became the precursor to Medaka’s confrontation with Kumagawa.^[11]

The situation with Kumagawa came to a head when he viciously attacked another friend of Medaka’s, Najimi Ajimu. 

This drove Medaka into a rage, and into War God Mode for the first time.^[12] Losing herself to her anger, she beat Kumagawa until he begged for her to stop. He left the school afterward.^[13][14] Medaka was left emotionally scarred by these events, and she still regrets being unable to do anything for Kumagawa.^[15] In her later years at middle school, she instructed her students at revision classes over the summer holidays. However, she only taught the students how to avoid confusing the graders, assuming that every student could get perfect marks by themselves.^[16] Akune eventually confessed to Medaka, but she told him to give up, telling him that she couldn’t answer his feelings, as she wouldn’t belong to a single person.^[17] Sometime during middle school, Medaka solved the Juggling Theorem, which earned her enough money to live alone, more in fact then she would ever spend in her life.^[18] When asked by Zenkichi why she applied for Hakoniwa Academy, Medaka told him she wanted to learn what one plus one is.^[19] Medaka and Kuudou Hinokage first met in April, when Medaka stopped him from finishing off a defeated delinquent.^[20] Medaka and Hinokage ended up fighting for three days and nights, and afterward, they would begin fighting whenever they met. Medaka would always interrupt Hinokage’s fights. Hinokage eventually asked Medaka why she kept stopping him. Medaka explained to Hinokage that, if he protected the victims and she protected the assailants, together they could protect everyone. Hinokage decided to retire, and asked Medaka if she wanted to become Student Council president.^[21] Because Medaka was the only student who could find Hinokage, he recommended her as his successor as Student Council president.^[22]

Personality

Medaka is an excellent academic student, placing first in the national test. In addition to her academic achievements, she has excelled in various other areas, such as calligraphy and sports, and obtained seemingly inhuman results. However, she is somewhat lacking in practical knowledge, as no one expects her to have the need to understand subjects “below her”. Before Mogana Kikaijima’s intervention, she did not know what the Baseball Club was for, nor had she ever been to an amusement park. Zenkichi even once describes her as being “so smart she crossed back into stupid”.

Medaka is known to look down on people, but despite this, she sees the good in everyone. She believes everyone who seems to be a bad person to have “strayed from the right path”, and that they used to be good people. So far, she has always been right about this assumption, even if the people themselves don’t know it. Her personality is one of helping others, and she is determined to finish any task placed in the suggestion box. For every task she completes, Medaka buys a vase with flowers. She one day hopes to have completed so many suggestions that she fills the entire academy with blooming flowers.

As noted by several characters, Medaka’s personality is overwhelming: her approval rating is proof of her ability to convert people to her followers. This force of personality often manifests itself in Medaka’s Proof of One’s Worth (真骨頂, Shinkocchou), also known as her trump cards. However, this overwhelming force of presence only works on humans; animals can only sense her power, and not the personality that accompanies it. Medaka loves animals, but they are utterly terrified of her, leading her into bouts of depression when an animal rejects her.

 Medaka also seems to love fighting, a trait common with most Shonen prottaiginsts.

Medaka’s love for combat is often her own flaw as she values strength over anything which comes at a cost to her friends, especially her human friends which is parodying/Deconstructing the Shonen tropes common with characters like Goku who has a close kinship with his former enemies like Tien, Piccolo and Vegeta. It’s also a major plotpoint within Medaka.

She also has no modesty whatsoever and would take every opportunity to show she belongs in a hentai involving hundreds of men

Like goddman  man, i thought Erza was the queen of fanservice but Medaka can easily give her a run for her money and  as for my jokes of Erza being able to handle a army of horny  fans, try Medaka

She also has a very large Appetite

While it’s debate who’s the true female badass between Erza and Medaka, one thing that’s not debatable is that Medaka would easily defeat Erza.

Medaka the Anti Captain Marvel

Right off the bat, the main question is if someone is as powerful as Medaka, does that make her a Mary Sue?.  

A Mary Sue is an over-idealized and seemingly-flawless fictional character, one often recognized as either a self-insertion character for the author, or a vessel for wish fulfillment.

These characters are often physically beautiful, exceptionally skilled, and universally admired—but only within the confines of the story.

Readers, on the other hand, usually hate these characters, and with good reason. They’re bland, “snowflake-y,” and pretty insufferable to read about or listen to.

In fact, the label of “Mary Sue” is often used synonymously with “bad character,” even if the original definition was a little more specific than that.

Excels at literally everything she puts her mind to Check

Is beloved by everyone she meets: Check( Well almost, 2% ofthe people who hate her are villains.)

The plot and Universe revolve around her: Check( It’s called Medaka Box)

Never Struggles and Never Loses: Nope(Most of her fights are struggles and she has lost fights, has lost the Student Conc=ucil President election and almost lost her best firend and almost lost her life more times than she can count)

 Falsely Flawed: Nope(Her  biggest flaw is her inability to understand humanity and humkans, a very detrimental flaw that’s played straight)

Predestined for Greatness: Check(Shes a child progidry)

Winds up upstaging all of the other characters in the book/series/universe: Nope( Is upstaged by Kumagawa and has put over other characters and builds up other characters)

Everyone who is against her is the bad guy: Nope( Zneichiki doesn’t agree with her and fought her and he’s far from a bad guy)

On the surface, Medaka is a textbook Mary Sue, she’s good at everything, she is loved by everyone and she’s insanely OP, even in a verse of insanely OP characters but the plot cleverly avoids all the mistakes of making OP characters and is actually a clever deconstruction of the Overpowered Mary Sue Trope. Medaka’s perfection is ironically her biggest flaw,  her perfection makes her unhappy and makes her unable to understand human emotions. This video tells you everything you need about Medaka as a character and the brilliance of Medaka Kurokami. Medaka is basically the Anti Mary Sue “Mary Sue” character. She is a brilliant deconstruction of this whole trope and is basically the story of a God becoming human much in the same way your typical DC Superhero like Superman would try to be human when he can be comparable to a God. Her humanity is often in conflict with her powers, struggling to find the worth of human life.

Captain Marvel on the other hand is a class of her own that makes even the worst Mary Sues seem likable in comparison and sadly this isn’t limited to the MCU if anything the MCU when it comes to the portrayal of Captain Marvel is scarily accurate to the comic book version that currently exists.

I haven’t encountered this much of an unlikable Gray Stu since Kirito from Sword Art Online, you know the same guy who never struggles, never loses and is an unlikable asshole who could’ve beaten the game on day one but instead waste 2 years and 4,000 people’s lives just to get pussy.  It says something when you make me hate a character more than Kirito, that’s how much I hate Captain Marvel the movie. Just look at this list alone here, i know no hero is prefect and they have their fair share fo fuckups, bad moments or even outright villainous things  but holy fucking shit Captain Marvel is just one of the worst characters in Marvel. Note i’m not going to pretend Miss Marvel is a saint hell some of the shit in this list includes her previous continuity which has har own fair share of awful deeds, most of them being her actions within the first Civil War Comic as well as the Ultimates Universe but if Miss Marvel is a douchebag based on her actions, try Captain Marvel who’s the sole reason for Civil War 2, a story so bad, it makes the first Civil War Comic look like a masterpiece, you know kinda like the Movie version Amirte?  Setting up Detention centers to arrest those without trial,exploiting children to be part of a secret police of superheros to arrest people suspected of  crimes they’ve yet to commit, kidnapping childern,  murdering people over preemptive crimes or attempting to murder people over crimes that’s yet to happen, getting war machines killed over preemptive strikes  and even killing Tony Stark with no remorse. She tries to arrest and even kill someone like Miles Morales who was innocent  and is an actual paragon hero unlike this cunt.

It should also be noted that, unlike Captain Marvel who literally gets no punishment for her terrible actions, bad decisions, or bad behavior, Medaka’s mistakes( BTW another reason she’s not an actual Mary Sue)

are called out by the narrative and by the people with her.   She also learns from her mistakes and develops over time within the manga, becoming more and more human in her quest to have understanding.

She also has  ACTUAL FUCKING VILLAINS WHO CHALLENGE HER!  Captain Marvel be it the Godawful Movie or her godawful comics has almost no real villains who can challenge her power nor her worldview.  Literally, all the comics I read about her recent run usually have been ineffective straw man villains who simply exist to get punched in the face for Yes Queen Slay Virtue Signaling points. Medaka on the other hand has to fight people as OP as her or even more OP as he which speaks volumes of how OP this verse is with each new Villain stronger than the last one and even more busted and forces Medaka to learn new moves or strategies to beat villains and improve on her already OP powers. She also has villains who directly challenge her worldview be it the cruel Uzen, the Doomer Kumagagwa, or the Monster Ihiko.

Captain Marvel curbstomps pretty much everyone everywhere and never has to improve herself, who doesn’t even have a rival or a final boss because lord forbid  we have a hero actually do any superheroing and just blindly believe green people who were shown to be bad that they’re the good guys and then ltierally betray the people who took her in and potentially desotry a whole civilizations but it’s justified because midway the plot itself rewrites these characters as Saturday morning cartoon villains with no depth or personality.Contrast this with Medaka sparing a scumbag like Kumagawa or Unzen or many of her villains she fights.

Captain Marvel never wants to improve her techniques, never wants to learn anything and the only chance villains have against her is when she holds back her power and even when she’s massively outclassed against much better and much stronger characters,  hell she just relies on brute force and power and no discipline and technique and we’re supposed to respect her simply because of that.

As i pointed out by Captain Marvel’s powers, she’s really nothing that special within the Marvelverse. Going by her track record, she’s honestly nothing too impressive at all.  She’s below Surtur, a character who Thor can beat, further proving she’s nowhere near Thor Level.  She’s not even close to Ego the Planet’s level who can threaten even Galactus in power so by extension she’s nowhere near the Sentry’s power who can stalemate a potentially half-fed Galatcus. Hell the Og Captain Marvel has done FAR more impressive feats than current captain Marvel.

Contrast this with Captain Marvel who’s nothing but a cunt. I already  did a whole  rant on how awful the Captain Marvel movie is but this is the tip of the Iceberg of how awful Captain Marvel is as a character.   Her backstory was legit garabage, in a Mutiverse where characters suffer life changing acccidents, kidnapped by terrorists, surirving genocides of entire planets or commiting war crimes against your will, the story you fucking went with is because some men are mean to her, that’s the fucking backstory and theme of the movie? 

Oh woe is me to be some Upper Middle Class White Woman who never had a legitimate struggle in her life, always good at literally everything, literally aces everything in one montage length  and you expect me to sympathize with her character? What crack you’re smoking to think I give about your first world problems when I’ve seen  stories  far more compelling in Dragonball Evolution of all things.

This doesn’t make Captain Marvel strong, this makes her look like a fucking whiny little bitch who never got past Middle School in terms of maturity. If in a vast Muitltiverse like Marvel your only problem is mild sexist grade school taunting when you literally excel at literally everything humanly possible  and most of those insults don’t actually stop her from excelling.   That’s like if i’m a billionaire who can body build and break the bench press records, break the sprinting records and can do literally anything possible and then get bothered that some dickhead called me the N Word, does that make me a powerful hero or a fucking thin skinned, senstivte snowflake faggot? That’s precisely how I see Captain Marvel. A Mary Sue with SJW bullshit agenda who is too immature and moronic to get over shit that happened literally decades ago, this is the lamest fucking superhero i’ve ever seen, being called mean words by stock bully jerks, hence why she totally suffered from the Patriarchy despite literally doing everything she ever had the slightest of struggle in within a single speech, despite becoming an Ace Pilot in the Military, despite being a rock climber, race car driver and pretty much everything she wants to be, clearly she’s being oppressed and clearly suffering.

Medaka is bascially sliamir to One Punch Man’s Saitama, another overpowered Protaginist who does the OP “Mary Sue”Deconstruction trope right. While far from even close to Medaka in power, he’s a character who is living in hell having all the power in the world and not a single worthy advesasry worth fighting within the world and the world doesn’t acknowledge him as a legimate hero because of his “Fluke wins”. He  goes through a slimair character building arc like Medaka and much like Medaka starts to get friends and a purpose.

Ironically enough Medaka’s greatest strength is itself a weakness. Her Perfection alienates her from people and in itself causes Medaka to  lose  more connection to humanity  causing her to lose people close to her out of fear or jealousy.

It’s this very same perfection and lack of understanding of normal people that make Medaka susceptible to being exploited by people with less than moral reasons or become too overly dependent on Medakas’s good will and good deeds that it impedes their own progress.

 Strength wise Medaka’s not that physically impressive compared to some people of her caliber if we’re going by raw strength feats alone. One of her earliest raw strength feats was to easily shatter a Baseball bat with her kick, a metal baseball bat with her kick. Going by this calc, the force needed to move the school would be at least 108 311 754.79 joules or  roughly 25.887 lbs of TNT in energy equivalent or the eqavuilent of lifting 11.044,725.242 kgs over your head.

According to Uznen, his strings can his armor can withstand any attack that hits it.  Anything can be debated, what’s concrete in terms of physical damage, he can easily withstand punches from Base Medaka.

Keep in mind Base Medaka can easily overpower 1,500 people in a tug o war contest. Book Maker, appears as a screw, much like the other screws he creates, however, his Book Maker screw has a “-” on the head instead of a “+” which distinguishes it from the other screws he makes. Medaka’s power comes to from the sheer amount of hax she processes

If every feat and ability I listed above were taken away from Medaka, it wouldn’t even put a dent in her total power level. Medaka’s abnormality transcends the point where straight-forward physical ability or raw power can deal with it. 

In fact, one is almost required to be omnilocked 

or reality anchored in order to have any hope of beating her.

Medaka’s abnormality is called “The End” and it is the power to perfect and master any ability, skill, power, or technique she sees once. However, not only can Medaka use other people’s skills perfectly, 

she can use other people’s skills at 120% capacity, allowing her to use them BETTER than the original user. Medaka is literally better than anyone she fights at whatever they do. 

About the only thing Medaka cannot copy is straight-forward power or the strength of their body. 

She cannot make her physical capabilities innately better by copying a superior physical capability. For example, if she’s not strong enough to lift a box, and someone walks by who is strong enough to lift a box, she couldn’t just copy their strength by watching them lift the box. The End allows Medaka to copy both Abnormalities and Minuses, however, Styles cannot be copied by Medaka due to them being language-based communication skills that are drawn from understanding the feelings of others.  So extremely complex spells with special incarnations would be out of the question for Medaka to copy.

 However, normal skills, superhuman abilities, and even high-tier reality-warping are not beyond Medaka’s ability to copy.

 Later in the series Medaka’s “The End” evolves and improves to the point where she can instantly master any ability by only hearing information about it second-hand. Medaka is able to use The End to copy any actions she sees, meaning that it isn’t limited to copying superpowers. Medaka is also capable of mastering tasks that require years of practice simply by watching how they are performed. Anything from baseball to universal-level reality warping is subject to being copied by Medaka’s “The End”.

The End is a very fearsome skill that allows Medaka to tangle with some of the strongest characters in fiction by itself, but I wouldn’t waste your time if this was Medaka’s only gimmick. Medaka comes from a very overpowered universe, meaning Medaka has copied a plethora of useful, broken powers and skills using The End. Now, because many of Medaka’s confirmed copied skills were primarily demonstrated by their original users, some of the scans coming up will likely not be scans of her preforming the feats. Here is a list of the different skills, powers, abilities, Abnormalities, and Minuses that Medaka has been able to copy and make her own.

• She has learned 100 different Trample Skills from Ajimu.

• From Unzen Myouri she copied his skill at using superballs as a weapon. Unzen’s superballs are not ordinary. He has variants of them that act as bullet-like projectiles that bounce in erratic directions, 

variants that act as explosives, 

and variants that leave behind trails of nearly invisible, ultra-durable string capable of holding up to five tons.

   She copied Shigusa Takachiho’s Auto-Pilot ability. What this allows Medaka to do is simply allow her body to fight on pure reflex. She doesn’t need to think about what moves to make or how to dodge anything, since her body will dodge and even fight for her automatically. It completely bypasses the requirement of needing input from the brain in order to move. Even things like feints and illusions will be selectively ignored by her reflexes. Medaka has improved this ability and has the capability of toggling it on or off, something that Takachiho was never able to do.

In short, Medaka knows Ultra Instinct, Essentially Mastered Ultra Instinct and can likely counter and copy Goku’s MUI to add to the AutoPilot ability. Worse, the technique would be of little effect even if Goku was on the same level as Medaka.

As seen with her fight with Takachiho , outmatching her in fighting skills won’t work.

From Kei Munakata, Medaka acquired a hidden weapons skill that is essentially hammerspace. For example, when we meet Kei Munakata,

 he looks like this. However, he hides a plethora of weapons on his body, including but not limited to… Countless swords, two large hammers, a massive spiked club, a lot of firearms, grenades, a rocket launcher, and various other weapons. So yeah, that’s pretty much how much Medaka could hide on her body without even appearing to be carrying anything.

Basically, this is like an even more OP version of Erza’s Requip abilities from Fairy Tail with the addition of guns from Bisca’s requip.  Meaning you can’t beat Medaka in a swordfight or gunfight as you would probably be outgunned

In fact she could probably shoot bullets from her boobs, 

the two miniguns between her chest.

• Medaka copied Koga Itami’s self-healing ability despite Koga being an android. Koga’s healing ability is definitely formidable,

• as Koga demonstrated she was able to heal from broken bones in about 10 seconds. Koga was also able to effortlessly snap dislocated joints back into place.

In other words, she can probably copy Meta Cooler’s regeneration as well as  Cell.

• Medaka copied Aoki Aka’s “Five Forks” by hearing about it secondhand. What this ability allows Medaka to do is manipulate ailments.

• She is capable of causing anything from cancer or a heart attack to a light summer fever with a single scratch from her claws. She also states she can cure any ailment with her claws as well.

• The healing factor is shown multiple times by Medaka when she healed Tsurubami after their fight as well as completely healing all her friends from near-death after the final fight with Iihiko. This proves the ability can heal physical ailments and injuries as well.

She can basically copy any healing spells from fiction.

She can also copy Worlevine’s Healing factor and healing abilties as well as his claws.

Medaka copied Hinokage’s ability “Theme Song” which she demonstrated in her penalty kick shootout when she combined it with her Kurokami Phantom (see speed feats). Theme Song is a pure increase to Medaka’s speed. 

The translation of the manga states this speed to be the speed of light multiple times during Hinokage’s fight with Chougasaki. 

Theme Song is fast enough to make a person go so fast they hit their target from every angle simultaneously through sheer speed.

In short she can copy the Instant Transmission, copy Dyspo’s Lightspeed dash and even copy the Speed Force.

• From Oudo Miyakonojou, Medaka acquired the skill “Weighted Words.” What this allows Medaka to do is control the minds of others using electrical signals that interfere with her target’s brain functions. 
• 
• Medaka can give her target(s) any command, and they have to obey it against their will. Weighted Words is a very versatile skill, as it is shown to affect machines as well, 
• 
• first crushing them, and then allowing Oudo to move them telekinetically with the magnetic/electrical signals he sends out. Weighted Words is also capable of brainwashing a target through prolonged contact with the user’s hands. Medaka was initially mindwiped by this ability,
•

•  however she mindwiped herself back to normal with the same ability.

Many of the following abilities were never directly demonstrated by Medaka in the series, however, she states that she did use them while offscreen in this scan, so we can assume that Medaka does in fact know the following abilities. We also know that Medaka has seen the users of each of these abilities fight, in some cases fighting them herself. It is not unreasonable to simply award her with the feats for each one, considering what “The End” does. For the sake of buildup/hype, I’ll be listing them from weakest to strongest.

• Mother’s Task is a rather undefined Skill of Hitomi Hitoyoshi’s. What it does is grant the user the ability to do motherly tasks on a superhuman level.

•  Incredible sewing skills, incredible gardening skills, etc. etc. It can be used in combat as seen with Hitomi’s ability to seemingly pull the needed gardening tools out of nowhere and utilize sewing needles and string to attack and suppress her opponents.

• Ice Fire is the Minus of Medaka’s older sister, Kujira Kurokami. What it is, is the ability to manipulate her body temperature drastically to the point where she can create ice or fire in her vicinity.

•  Ice Fire is capable of sealing open wounds with ice, 

• and even preventing emotional damage by cooling one’s own head. It is important to remember that Ice Fire is a temperature-manipulating Skill, not an ice or fire creation skill. In addition to the straightforward uses for temperature, 
• 
• this skill allows the user to fly by creating a backflow of air by manipulating temperatures somehow.

• Mister Unknown is Hinokage Kuudou’s abnormality and a side-effect of his incredible strength. It causes everyone to avoid sensing him completely because they subconsciously block him from their memories and senses.
• 
•  Even if Hinokage is sitting in an empty classroom, alone, with the lights on, it is incredibly difficult to even notice him. If the user wishes not to be found,
• 
•  it is impossible to find them. If one person is able to see the user of Mister Unknown, then they can be seen by everyone. In addition to all this, once the user of Mister Unknown leaves the area or disappears from everyone’s senses, the very fact that they exist will be forgotten again.

• Book Maker is a technique of Kumagawa’s that takes the form of a screw. Upon piercing the target, it deals no physical damage, despite appearing quite lethal. Book Maker serves three main functions.
• 
•  Firstly, it soils the heart, making the victim feel absolute despair upon being hit with it. 
• 
• Secondly, Book Maker makes the user and the target equal in every way. Intelligence, strength, skill, talent, durability, speed, damage… Everything about the user and the victim are made equal and KEPT equal. When a difference emerges between them, Book Maker will even them out again, maintaining a constant equilibrium and essentially ensuring a draw. 

• Thirdly, Book Maker seals every ability that a person has.

• 
• It is such a powerful sealing ability that it even took the omnipotent Anshin’in three years to remove it.

• Scar Dead is the Minus of Shibuki Shibushi and gives the user the power to reopen any wound that the target has ever experienced. 
• 
• Bug bites, broken bones, muscle pain, bruises, cuts… Any wound the target has ever incurred in their life, no matter how much time has passed or how much healing has gone into healing it, it can forcibly be made as fresh as the time they received it. 
• 
• This extends to mental trauma and emotional wounds as well, regardless of whether the target has forgotten their trauma. Causing someone to feel all of the emotional anguish they’ve ever experienced at once is a simple task for Scar Dead. There is no cast time or verbal command for using Scar Dead,

•  in fact, all the user needs to do is simply will its use, and those in their presence will incur the effects.

• Also, Scar Dead is able to affect inanimate objects as well. If they have been repaired, or a certain amount of trauma went into creating said objects, the wounds acquired over time and through construction can be reopened to destroy them.

• Encounter is a Minus that Medaka copied from Gagamaru Chougasaki. Simply put, it is the skill to transfer all damage done to the user to anywhere or anyone else in their surroundings.

• If they take a hit, than an object or person nearby will take the hit for them instead. This effectively makes the user invulnerable to all forms of damage as long as there’s something nearby they can transfer that damage to, be it an inanimate object, the ground, or another person. 
• 
• This Minus extends to emotional or mental damage as well, allowing the user to never be hurt emotionally. Essentially, anything that can be considered “damage” can be pushed away by Encounter.
• 
•  
•  It doesn’t matter if the user is hit while airborne or from every direction at the same time, Encounter makes them literally invulnerable to all damage.

• All Fiction… Perhaps the strongest skill in Medaka’s possession, second only to The End. The original user of All Fiction was Kumagawa Misogi, Medaka Box’s ultimate troll character and anti-hero. What the ability does is rather simple. It turns reality into nothing. Without any incantation, hand gestures, or even expended energy, the user merely wills something in reality out of existence.

•  The ability can even be used after the user is dead in case they want to use it to bring themselves back to life. It is implied this works on a universal scale, since Kumagawa once used it to eliminate all color from the universe.

• All Fiction works on everything you can imagine, including but not limited to physical objects, the user’s aura, another person’s senses, other people’s injuries or wounds, the very time it takes the user to do something (thereby allowing them to do it instantly), events in the past, people’s memories, the user’s death, other people entirely, or even the entire world.

Literally Plot Armor

The last aspect that makes Medaka Kurokami such a ferocious character to deal with is the literal plot armor she brings to the fight. That’s right, while in her own universe, Medaka Kurokami has the power of the author supporting everything she does. I do not mean in the same way as any fictional character has in their own universe.

In the Medaka Box series, there exist characters that are completely aware they are in a manga and the position of “main character” is recognized as a position that comes with significant fate-bending, meta luck properties. 

To put this in perspective, in order to beat Medaka at a student council election, a character that predated the universe’s creation had to literally create a meta-ability that prevented the author from interfering with the results.

 An omnipotent character, with the power to turn off all of Medaka’s skills and abilities at will, stated even she could not win against Medaka due to her possessing the power of being the main character. 

While inside the Medaka Box universe, Medaka has the power of the author and fate on her side, and in order to overcome this, her opponent needs to find a way to turn off her plot armor or become the main character themselves, because regardless of any strength difference, Medaka will win if her plot armor is not dealt with.

In addition, she has access to all of Ajimu’s 12 Quadrillion Hax,. that’s a shiton of hax from Ajimu in addtion to her own hax she copied.

Here’s a  quick summary of haxs.

Parasite Seeing (欲視力, Parasaito Shīingu): Ajimu had an enhanced vision that granted her the ability to see what others saw through their own eyes. This also allowed her to see how others view the world and understand how they think. In the dream world, she was able to restore Zenkichi’s eyesight after Kumagawa blinded him with All Fiction (a feat Kumagawa admits he himself could not do), by passing on her Parasite Seeing to him.

Hundred Gauntlets (手のひら孵し, Handoreddo Gantoretto): A skill that reverses causality.

Lip Service (口写し, Rippu Sābisu): By kissing someone, Ajimu is capable of switching their current ability with another that she possesses. She uses this ability to return Kumagawa’s original Minus to him, taking back Hundred Gauntlets in the process. She can only retrieve abilities she gave out so she cannot take back a modified skill like Kumagawa’s.

Alibi Block (腑罪証明, Aribai Burokku): Described as a gentle skill by Ajimu, she can appear wherever and whenever she wants, including physical locations such as: in a locked room, in space, in heaven, or in hell, as well as metaphysical places such as: inside a dream, inside a heart, or even inside people.

Dead Lock (死延足, Deddo Rokku): Ajimu has eternal life, and has lived for over 3,402,193,822,311 years.

Life Zero (無効脛, Raifu Zero): Ajimu can nullify any skill she desires, even Medaka’s The End.

Standing Ovation (手の舞足の踏むところを知らず, Sutandeingu Obēshon): A skill which Ajimu claims can negate the effect of Parasite Seeing.

Mirror Juvenile (身気楼, Mirā Jubunairu): An ability which tampers with a person’s sense of perception, allowing Ajimu to appear to them however she wishes.

Five Focus (五本の病爪, Faibu Fōkas): A skill that inflicts diseases onto anyone that is scratched by the user’s claws; the Five Focus is a skill that manipulates aliments.

Door To Door (口区間, Doa To Doa): An ability which allows Ajimu to “travel through time” by bringing herself and others into the dream world where they appear at different stages in their lives. While Ajimu seems capable of entering the dream world freely on her own, to send other people there, she must first kiss them.

Give Up-Down (逆転掌訴, Gibu Appu Daun): An ability which allows Ajimu to cling to high ceilings, even upside down.

Count Up (指折り確認, Kaunto Appu): The ability to count large numbers of items. Ajimu uses it to count all the skills she uses.

Sword Looks (見囮刀, Sōdo Rukkusu): Sword purification skill.

Shadow Out (闘影の尻尾斬り, Shadou Auto): The shadow cutting skill.

Speed

She’s extremely fast to little surprise.  Even without power scaling, she has a decent amount of speed feats.

One of her first feats was blitzing a guy without him even noticing her move, that’s an easy FTE feat.

Created a room full of after-images with pure speed in order to pickpocket all their cigarettes without their knowledge.   To be fast enough to create afterimages, you would have to easily break the sound barrier and move at least 343 m/s. Medaka creating  10 clones can cover a 10-meter room in under a second,  that would be around  100 sqaure meters in under a second or at least 10 microseconds with 10 clones, this would make Medaka’s speed around  10,000 meters per second or at least  Mach 29 and this is an extremely casual movement feat.

She can also casually dodge Machine Gun Fire while weakened by a spell

And can even  catch Machine gun fire from a Kriss Vector SMG while transformed into a baby

She can also use this speed clones during battle.

She can also effortlessly outrun a skilled track runner who can run 100 meters in 17 seconds.

  Was able to escape another Abnormal by making it appear she was hit, leaving only her clothing behind. Keep note fo that later when we start doing powerscaling for speed

Climbed up a building so fast she lost track of what floor she was going to.

She was in a room full of bombs about to explode and she managed to splash water on some bombs, kick some bombs out the window, and hide her friends inside nearby lockers before they exploded.  This is one of the more impressive feats from Medaka as she moved so fast, she covered the distance of an entire classroom in roughly the same timeframe an average explosion can occur. An explosion on average explodes at roughly 3,000m/s, an average Highschool class is roughly 15-20 meters wide and long,  the area Medaka covered was at least 300 square meters, which she had to cross over 10 times to get everyone safe.  Meaning Medaka’s casual speed would be roughly  Mach 26,239  which would make her Sub Realsitvic in her casual speed or roughly 2.9% the speed of light and this is  fucking casual for Medaka.

Thi s fairly consisent as later she’s seen drumming at Sub Lightspeeds.

This calls into question the Kurokami Phantom itself, a technique that has her moving at the  “Speed of Sound”. It’s very obvious that this is a technique name and not the actual speed of  Kurokami Phantom.  If Medaka is able to casually move at  Mach 29 just fucking around with canon fodder thugs and can easily move 2.3% the speed of light to protect against Uzen’s bombs, then the Kurokami Phantom, Medaka’s fastest technique that she can only use a few times would be FAR FASTER than 2.3% the speed of light and this without even factoring Powerscaling from other characters.

Now for the powerscaling

We once again go back to KUamwagaga, our favorite scale to that of Medaka as he’s her equal in power. Kumagawa’s speed is literally immeasurable for several reasons.

A)His All Fiction renders speed entirely meaningless as a concept against him so he can render conventional speed meanlginess.

B)He scales to a casual Ajimnu who’s able to send a massively FTL attack through space, having easily Billions of times FTL attack speed.

C) He blitzed Ajimnu’s clone who should have the comparable speed to her own which is virtually Infinite speed.

D)He’s comparable to the Real Ajinu who’s essentially Nigh Omisecnet and can appear almost anywhere instantaneously.  Backed by numerous sources that she exists beyond space-time and beyond infinite dimensions.

 So now we established speed here,  it’s safe to say anyone around the level of Uzen is at least Sub Realstivc speed casually with up to Massively FTL speeds within the Quninluminal tier of speed lowballing from a casual Kumagwa. Kumagawa is at least Massively FTL to Immeasurable to possible irrelevant speeds. Anyone comparable to that would be within this tier of speed.

Medaka barely avoids having her head cut off within literal centimeters from her head.

Keep in mind  Kei becomes faster than even Kumagawa is and is known as one of the faster characters in Medaka Box so this is an easily FTL speed feat just by virtue of powerscaling from concrete speed feats from calcs I’ve made and easily Massively FTL to Ilrrevleant scaling directly from Kumagawa depending on how close he scales to Kumagawa.https://chessmoba.us/items?utm_source=google&utm_medium=organic

Speaking of which, Medaka is equal to the speed of Kumagawa who’s literally able to fuck with space-time and render speed itself meanligness. Here’s a cool shot of them moving up the tower.

Now comes one of Medaka’s most impressive speed feats both in Powerscaling and concrete. Combing Theme Song, a  very powerful ability.  Hinokage’s new Abnormality, which was created when Shiranui altered Unknown Hero with her Real Eater, turning the pure strength skill into the pure speed skill. When activated, his hair turns black and a black tiger-stripe pattern spreads over his body. In both appearance and presence, this new form has been compared to Medaka’s Altered God Mode.Theme Song vastly improves Hinokage’s speed, raising it to the same level as Medaka’s Kurokami Phantom, but without causing damage to his body. This skill, allowing Hinokage to move at the speed of light, removes the weakness of his previous Abnormality; the dullness of his movements caused by his great size.However, the Theme Song only lasts for a short time before wearing off, at which point Hinokage is left exhausted.

Now the “Lightspeed” claim is dubious, not because they’re moving at Lightspeed, if anything they are most certainly are, it’s actually a VAST LOWBALL.  Lightspeed has about the same meaning as “Flash moving at the speed of Light using Speedforce”. If anything Theme Song would be much closer to Medakaverses version of Speedforce.

This can be  proven as Hinokage, the inventor of this technique was able to bltizstomp Kumagwaga who can casually keep up with MFTL level characters to Irrevleant speeds. 

Medaka using Kurokami Phantom with Theme Song should be able to move Much faster than Light and faster than Kumagawa around three times a day.

He  best known speed feat is during the battle with Ihiko, she grabbed everyone in a room and retreated so fast it made clones appear

Created a clone in front of her through sheer speed to break the sound barrier and allowed her to greatly exceed the sound barrier right behind it through the slipstream it created. 

She was also able to instantly make a 180 degree turn at this speed.

Keep in mind this guy was so far above  Ajimu ‘s full power it wasn’t even funny so Medaka biltzing him is something beyond comparison making Medaka one of the fastest fictional characters and on par with someone using the full power of the speed force to move.

She also confirmed to have extremely casual MFTL to Immeasurable speed as she not only destroyed the moon, she traveled to another Universe, took out an Evil King and then got involved in a Conceptual War which is outside the Multiverse itself in an unknown amount of time.

Durability

Medaka has some considerable durability feats though most of them would require power scaling.

One of them is tanking a direct headshot from Unzen’s Superballs without flinching twice in a row.  Keep in mind Uzen can harm people like Kumwagagwa.

She survived being inside a room that was destroyed with no injuries.

Walked forward with a net of razor-sharp string tying her in place

She can also survive an ambush attack from an opponent wielding 30kg meta balls who should at least by as strong as Uzen as this was his sister attacking Medaka. She  withstood attacks from Takachiho who is superior in strength to Medaka.

A guy who wanted to give her the Black dick

He  basically used the eqauilvent of Ultra Instinct to fight Medaka and gave her a harder fight than Uzen with her enduring a kick so strong, it can decapitate a human.

had her arm broken, but it healed almost immediately and she was able to use it to punch her opponent.  That’s another thing, doing lasting damage to Medaka is very hard to do due to her regeneration.

And good luck trying to exhaust her as she can throw thousands of punches per minute for 3 days straight.

In other words, is nearly impossible to kill her if not outright impossible to kill her.  When you consider she can away from her death with All Fiction,  can transfer damage with Encounter, and use Styles to jumpstart her heart, she has essentially God-level Immortality and combines that with literal plot armor, she’s near impossible to kill.

Luck Feats

This is what happens whenever Medaka tries to throw dice

She tried to get past a door that had a six-digit code that changed randomly after each input where her odds of guessing correctly were 1 in a million. Not only did she get past it on her first try, but she guessed the code it would turn into next as well. This has a 1 in a trillion chance of happening in reality.

When deciding the turn order for a game, Kurokami drew the ace of spades, allowing her the first move.

Perception Feats

She was able to determine what was inside one of Unzen’s superballs merely by having it roll against her foot and likely reading the atmosphere.

She was having a conversation with the school’s chairman, and after she left it was revealed there was a group of hidden figures in the room with them. According to one of them, he had tried attacking Medaka multiple times, but she had apparently noticed them and avoided every attack without making it obvious she had seen them. This is confirmed later, when she tells Oudo she had indeed seen him during her conversation with the school’s chairman.

So Sneak 100 won’t work on her.

• Memorized the layout of a labyrinth after listening to the sound waves of Kikaijima’s shout reverberate throughout the maze.

Fighting techniques

While Medaka Kurokami  has a shit ton of hax that would make Doctor Strange blush,  she  mainly  relies on her hand to hand fighting skills as her primary offense here’s some of her fighting moves and techniques.

Medaka is a Red Belt in Judo and is highly skilled in Kendo (even though she just “tried her hand” at it). Using only the basics of what is taught, she could do the Replication Technique (stepping forwards and backwards so fast that she creates clones of herself) and steal things out of peoples hands without anyone noticing (bare hand disarm). 

Medaka has also learned to catch bullets in her mouth as a form of self-defense.  Zenkichi has commented that she is best in mid-air.

She can also strike an opponent while they’re holding a hostage and control the force so that it doesn’t hurt the hostages as seen when she took out an evil nurse using babies as hostages. So she got some of the Northstar techniques on her sleeve.

• Kurokami Rolling Savate (黒神ローリングソバット, Kurokami Rōringu Sobatto): Medaka performs a Savate style reverse figure kick to the opponent’s face.

Kurokami Lariat (黒神ラリアット, Kurokami Rariatto): Medaka strikes her opponent’s neck with the inside of her outstretched arm.

Kurokami Climb (黒神クライム, Kurokami Kuraimu): Using Yoshinogari’s claws and Isahaya’s spikes, Medaka can scale building walls as high as the fifth floor. Medaka doesn’t seem to have much control over her momentum however, as she reached the fifth floor while only intending to climb to the third. This may have been because she was in a hurry however

• Kurokami Dancing (黒神ダンシング, Kurokami Danshingu): Using Kunisaki’s bicycle, Medaka can quickly maneuver around multiple people, even while moving up a staircase. Because of how quickly she moves, Medaka needs to tie up her hair before beginning.

• Kurokami Reflect (黒神リフレクト, Kurokami Refurekuto): Borrowing Unzen’s Super Balls, Medaka unleashes a barrage of attacks from several angles at amazing speed. However, Medaka claims that the angles are completely random, as she lacks Unzen’s calculation abilities, at least for the quantity of balls she uses to attack. The actual effectiveness of this attack is unknown, as her opponent, Takachiho, was able to dodge every single ball.

• Kurokami Open Blow (黒神オープンブロー, Kurokami Ōpun Burō): In War God Mode, Medaka charges forward and attacks with a palm strike. The hit packs enough force to knock back Tsurubami, and caused him to spit up blood.^[410]

• Kurokami Hip Attack (黒神ヒップアタック, Kurokami Hippu Atakku): While her body is being restrained, Medaka lifts herself with her stomach muscles, then drops herself on her opponent’s chest with enough force to make them cough up blood. Medaka labels this as a “girly” attack.^[411]

• Kurokami Phantom (黒神ファントム, Kurokami Fantomu): One of Medaka’s signature moves, she first jumps up and down, dragging out the noise so that the sound of her feet tapping on the floor isn’t heard until after her feet have left the floor again. Once the sound lag is at its fullest, Medaka blows forward, producing a sonic boom that destroys everything in her front of and behind her. Because she moves faster than the eye can see, the opponent won’t be able to react until after she has already hit them. Takachiho, so far the only person she has used it on, theorizes that she is faster then light, but Medaka claims that she just speed forward when he blinked. The aim of Kurokami Phantom is to forcefully break through the sound barrier.^[412]

  • Kurokami Phantom: Proper Version (黒神ファントム ちゃんとした版, Kurokami Fantomu Chantoshitahan): After witnessing Hinokage’s Theme Song, Medaka becomes capable of using Kurokami Phantom without any physical strain or damage. However, to use the Proper Version, Medaka must be in Altered God Mode and can only use it three times in one day. The aim of the Proper Version is to, instead of break the sound barrier, work with it in order to create a less self-harmful attack.^[412]

  • Kurokami Final (黒神ファイナル, Kurokami Fainaru): Kurokami Phantom’s final form, only usable after Medaka enters End God Mode, wherein her blood flow is greatly enhanced through the use of vibrations. To use this technique, Medaka first creates a shadow clone in front of her in order to break the sound barrier without losing any of her own speed or power. Afterwards, she follows the slip stream created by the clone.^[413] Kurokami Final utilizes blind spots; Medaka hides within her opponent’s shadow while optimizing her speed. In the case of Iihiko, who dodged the attack, Medaka made a U-turn and attacked him from behind.^[414]

All these feats make quite an impressive showing of Medaka’s base stats, however, this is not all there is to Medaka’s power, and certainly not everything she would bring to a fight. Allow me to introduce you to Medaka Kurokami’s four trump cards … Her Proof of One’s Worth. These four specialties are like four pillars to her personality. Each of them are revealed in order throughout the series and involves her trying to reach those who need saving in some way or another. Many fights or conflicts can be avoided or resolved using the strength of Medaka’s personality to reach the hearts of others.

Medaka Kurokami’s Proof of One’s Worth #1: Preaching to the Lesser Mortals

Medaka will preach to her opponents and try to cast them as people who need help. She says her views of them aloud and tells them they can be saved. Any horrible things they’re doing can be explained casting them as the victims, and her as someone trying to save them from their downtrodden luck. She does not blame them for their actions, and offers them a chance to save themselves.

Medaka Kurokami’s Proof of One’s Worth #2: Strict Girl/Cute Girl Switch

Medaka can effortlessly drop her typically strict demeanor and adopt a softer, warmer attitude, adapting her expression and mannerisms to appear cuter.

 She uses this ability typically as an encouragement device to spur on her comrades and inspire them to try their absolute best.

Medaka Kurokami’s Proof of One’s Worth #3: Over Flowing Love

Medaka’s third trump card involves Medaka first making her face look cute, then giving a kiss to the target to show them that they are loved. She used it so much in primary school that all of her classmates’ first kisses were stolen by Medaka.

Makes you think what would’ve happened if  Medaka continued that into Adulthood?Now that sounds like Hentai i would read.

Medaka Kurokami’s Proof of One’s Worth #4: War God Mode

When Medaka is enraged enough, she enters War God Mode, her fourth trump card. When in War God Mode, she loses her sense of humanity and goes berserk. Her hair turns bright pink and her presence becomes so ominous and evil that even other Abnormals become scared of her. Her physical strength, speed, and healing rate all increase drastically, allowing her to shrug off injuries and keep fighting. 

At first, Medaka was only able to enter War God Mode when her friends were threatened, but she eventually gained enough control over it to enter War God Mode at will without losing herself to anger. Because words do not register with her as well while in War God Mode, she becomes immune to language-based Styles while in this form. Think of War God Mode as Medaka’s Super Saiyan 1.

However, War God Mode is only the first level of this power that Medaka knows. Like Goku’s super saiyan modes, her power can be taken a step further as well. Medaka acquired Altered War God Mode after mastering the abilities and skills of the Thirteen Party. While in Altered War God Mode, Medaka receives strength, speed, and healing buffs, but the biggest improvement from War God Mode is that she keeps her mind about her without going berserk. While in Altered War God Mode, Medaka’s hair turns black instead of pink and she can enter it much easier than its counterpart though she is still capable of reverting to War God Mode if she is angered enough.

After feeling the effects of Book Maker and her fight with Kumagawa, Medaka has developed another level which she calls Forsaken God Mode. During Forsaken God Mode, Medaka’s hair becomes completely white and her eyes become a lighter shade of red. It would be very inaccurate to assume this is a stronger form, however. In fact, the point of Forsaken God Mode is to weaken Medaka, making her weaker than her opponent. No matter how weak her opponent is, Forsaken God Mode ensures Medaka will be weaker. This allows Medaka to fight them as hard as she wants.

A fourth version exists which Medaka calls Hybrid God Mode or Combined God Mode. In this form, half of her hair is white while the other half is black. It is essentially a combination of both Altered War God Mode and Forsaken War God Mode. Unfortunately, this incarnation of the God Mode family didn’t receive much explanation or screen time due to Medaka giving up on using it and switching to War God Mode when things got hairy.

Finally, Medaka’s last version of this technique, as well as the equivalent to her Super Saiyan 3, gives her a significant boost to her speed. It can also be assumed she gets stronger as well, though this is never stated. This final version is called End God Mode, and it causes Medaka’s hair to grow very long and turn pitch black.

• #4.2 Altered God Mode (改神モード, Kaishin Mōdo): Altered God Mode is an upgraded version of War God Mode that Medaka achieved by mastering the numerous Abnormalities of the Thirteen Party and attempting to brainwash herself with Oudo’s Weighted Words.^[424] Unlike War God Mode, she retains her thought process, doesn’t go berserk, her hair turns black instead of light purple, and her eyes grow a darker shade of red. In this mode, Medaka is able to control everything about herself, and is capable of overwhelming Oudo and resisting his Unreasonable Taxation. In Altered God Mode, Medaka is also able to use an improved version of Kurokami Phantom that utilizes the speed and power of Hinokage’s Theme Song. Though Medaka has mastered this new form, she will still revert to War God Mode if angered enough. Altered God Mode falls under the classification of martial arts, rather than as one of Medaka’s skills.^[425]

Forsaken God Mode

• #4.3 Forsaken God Mode (廃神モード, Haishin Mōdo): Created to serve a similar purpose as Kumagawa’s Book Maker, Forsaken God Mode makes Medaka weaker than her opponent. No matter how weak her opponent is, Medaka will be weaker than they are; she labels it as an ability that allows her to forget about strength and skills and just go all out. Forsaken God Mode was developed as a byproduct after Medaka’s fight against the Minus. With it, Medaka can intentionally make herself weaker so as to better understand people who are weaker than she is. But the aspect of understanding her opponent doesn’t exist due to her complete lack of empathy. In this form, Medaka’s hair turns completely white, and her eyes become a lighter shade of red.

Hybrid God Mode

• #4.4 Hybrid God Mode (混神モード, Konshin Mōdo): A combination of Forsaken God Mode and Altered God Mode, Medaka labels this form as “matching strength with weakness”. The exact capabilities of this mode are unknown; however, it was useless against Tsurubami’s style. In this form, the left side of Medaka’s hair turns black, while the right side becomes white. Her right eye also turns a lighter shade of red.

• #4.5 End God Mode (終神モード, Shuushin Mōdo): In this form, Medaka’s hair turns black and increases in volume drastically.^[426] With her increased blood flow, Medaka is able to move at supersonic speeds and create shadow clones in front of her.^[427] These clones have enough speed to break the sound barrier, creating a slip stream to remove the obstructions to Medaka’s power.^[428]

 

Verses  Medaka can solo

Pretty much any verse that has no Outerverisal level beings or Omniversal level beings. So basically 99% of Fiction and most of Anime and pretty much the entire Shonen Jump series. She laughably curbstomps One Piece and Fairy Tail, she casually beats down Bleach and One Piece and takes out pretty much anyone in DBZ with one finger.

Sorry DB fans, as Great as Goku and Medaka would be as a fight, Medaka is simply too broken and on a completely higher plane of existence to all of Dragonball, even the 12th Dimensional 

Xenoverse has nothing on the Medaka Verse god tiers. That’s the reality.

Even if when severely low ball Ajimnu alone and Kumagagwa, they would still be Mutiverisal level+ and even if we equaled their powers, the sheer hax in Medaka Box alone would still be too much for DB characters who don’t have a lot of hax or hax resistance in general.  Even within lore, Medaka box is stated to be on a different plane of existence from Dragon Ball as Dimensions are considered a joke within Medaka Box. But yeah DBS and Xneoverse would need a drastic tier upgrade before they can challenge Medaka Box.   Similarly Saint Seyia and Sailor Moon are only Mutiverisal in power, they’re also no match for  Medaka. Worse, they fare far worse than Dragon Ball even if Medaka lowered herself to the level of  those verses. Goku’s superior fighting skills and natural strength would give Medaka problems,especially if Goku sticks mostly to melee attacks. Saint Seyia and Sailor Moon are infamously more broken than Dragonball but that makes them much worse off fighting Medaka who can copy almost anything they throw at her,especially when there’s very few powers in both verses that are biologically linked to the user.

JoJo’s Bizarre Adventures verse fares a lot better than  either Sailor Moon,Saint Seyia and DB as the Stands can’t be copied by Medaka and their hax should be a bit harder for her to copy by virtue of being linked to stands, however much like the previous verses, they’re in the Mutiverisal range against an Outerverisal opponent. It would be like trying to take out the Death Star with a handgun.

Even the Bombastic Gurren Lagann, one of the strongest Mecha Animes ever would fall flat in power to Medaka, they’re only 11th dimensional compared to infinite dimensional MB.  Medaka would be superior to their feats in general. Medaka obviously can’t copy  giant robots and summon one  but as seen with her copying powers from androids, she can copy certain powers from them, and the sheer power gap is just not enough for Gurren Larragan to overcome.

Only verses with confirmed 1-A characters would have any chance of beating her in a direct flight. Characters who have reached or are around godhood could beat her while anyone within Tier-0 pretty much stomps her as she’s not a true Omnipotent proven by various feats.

Opponents who would   great opponets for Medaka or can beat her.

In order to fight Medaka, you need to be known for sheer brute force, stamina and regeneration to survive even the worst of her hax  with very minimal use of direct energy,weapon based or magic attacks so she can’t copy them  or use unique weapons that can’t be copied by her.

The very first person to come to mind and possibly one who can Beat Medaka clean with high difficulty would be World War Hulk, the strongest version of Hulk  excluding his god-killing Immortal Hulk state.  Much like Medaka, word of god has him put as the strongest in fiction however what separates Medaka from World War Hulk is that by narrative, Hulk is a unmatched powerhouse and specialties purely in Raw Strength, Medaka while powerful and has plot armor can’t match the plot armor the Hulk has, even more so in recent comics.

Hulk’s ability to grow stronger the more enraged he is  would give the Hulk a hell of an advantage against Medaka who while she can increase her power via her God Modes, has a set limit how much stronger she can get, the Hulk on the other hand has no such set limits and would eventually get to the point Medaka can’t do much of anything to him in terms of physical damage.  He should be much stronger overall than even Ihikiko.

As for Regeneration, Hulk has that covered too. Even with All Fiction,Encounter and other insanely broken healing abilities, her regeneration doesn’t come close to the Hulks which by default is Low Godly.  His regeneration is biologically based and hence can’t be copied by Medaka, combine this with the near infinite stamina of the Hulk and he would eventually outmatch her in stamina.  If Medaka can fight Hinokage for 3 days straight, Hulk can fight Red Savage She Hulk for 4 days and healing factor can simply bring him back to life from even complete molecular disintegration,even the insanely broken All Fiction can’t kill him,negating most of Medaka’s broken hax against him.

And Hulks entire repetition is nothing but raw destructive power, another thing Medaka can’t emanate as easily. While Medaka is no doubt a powerhouse in her own right, weaker versions of Hulks have destroyed infinite dimensions and they all pale in comparison to World War Hulk.combine with his rage boost, Medaka would eventually lose this battle.    Man if fucking World War Hulk can fght the Motherfucking Sentry and Dr Goddamn Strange at 1/100th of his power, Medaka wouldn’t fair too much better against a bloodlusted World Breaker Hulk however if she uses the Hax of Ihikio and Plot armor she might overcome.

Another way to beat Medaka is to simply outhax her and be at the point where your mere existence is comparable to a god.  A Fully fed Galatcus would more than suffice.While Medaka can copy many of his abilities, Galatcus can just as easily negate her powers or counter with his own set of insanely broken hax.

And also clashed with the likes and killed Celestials. A single Celestial can one shot Odin, the strongest Skyfather who can destroy the Mutiverse.  So  Sentry is fucking OP as fuck.

Could easily threaten the Mutiverse and stalemate Obvilion

Compared to the Phoenix who is near Omiversial Has been considered the threat of all existence.

And Dr Strange who’s comparable to Dormaru considers Galatcus unwinnable

And Galactus bloodlusted is said to be a threat to the entire Omniverse

And scales to the likes of Eternity

As powerful as the Medakaverse is as powerful as Ajimnu was as a Nigh Omnipotent god like being, she doesn’t compare to Entities who’s a living Mutiverse itself and is truly Omniscient by presence alone.  Medaka could  theoretically be able to beat Galactus with the right planning but the problem with Galactus is that he has Hulk levels of regeneration with her level of hax and is far bigger and stronger than her, even Medaka wouldn’t be able to truly beat him alone,especially with procession of the Ultimate Nullifier. Also as strong as Medaka is, her powers are not on the level as the Phoenix Force which are narratively stated to be the strongest force in fiction so Galactus can overcome the plot armor.

Slimairy Darkseid might be too OP even for Medaka to handle in a one v one fight, at least at his true state outside the Multiverse.  Darkseid’s hax are like a love child of Medaka’s hax and Ihikko with power superior to both of them.Combine that with the fact that even weapons desgined to kil him such as the Radon Gun can’t truly kill him and even if Medaka found a way to kill him, Darkseid would destory the Mutilverse they’re fighting in by his real body falling,resulting in the Ominverses greatest murder-sucide-genocide. He’s also have Anti Plot hax of his own as Superman rarely wins against his true self  however with Ihiko’s abilites and Haten’s hax, she might pull off a victory.

Similar opponents with great versatility,skill and raw power should be able to beat Medaka.Wonder Woman is the perfect opponent for Medaka. She relies on weaponry Medaka can’t copy due to their unique nature such as the Lasso and the God Killer sword, while she can copy the attack stances and moves, she can’t copy the weaponry. Wonder Woman tends to rely more on her striking strength and martial arts skills which gives her the edge, her Millennia of experience and intelligence gives her the edge on Medaka and her Bracelets of Submission would shrug off most hax thrown at her from Medaka,combine that with Godwave and then her Golden Wonder Woman amp from rebirth and she should be able to outmatch Medaka.

Similarly THor with his superior brute force at his strongest incarnations  might be able to beat Medaka with greater strength and combat skills. Keep in mind Thor killed the strongest form of Galatcus so Thor at his A game could theoretically beat Medaka,especially since he has some degree of hax resistance himself, however Medaka could potentially win by overspanning Hax to beat him. Superman Prime or Superboy Prime should be able to beat her.  Superboy Prime has nowhere near the same weaknesses as the Original Superman  and actually has mid mmmunity to  Magic as seen with him withstanding Black Adma and is very hard to kill, however  Medaka can probably win due to Plot Hax

The Anti Monitor has enough hax and raw power to beat Medaka, that should be obvious. He would be basically Ihikio on steroids ,especially with his antimatter acting as similarity to that of Ihikiko’s irreversible destruction

Opponents who would be  a bad  matchup for Medaka

Any character in fiction who’s too overirlant on magic/Hax is instantly a bad opponent for Medaka given her ability to copy anything not bound by the physical body of her opponents.

Doctor Strange would probably come in as the worst opponent for Medaka Kurokami. Almost all of his Mystic powers are fair game to be copied by Medaka. Doctor Strange as his most OP is easily Outeverisal to Low Omiverisal however his powers are all fodder for Medaka to mimic, copy and turn back against him 20% more powerful than his own abilities. Strange would be the worst opponent to fight Medaka. 

Simairy people like Dr Fate would be a very poor matchup against Medaka as Medaka can copy his powers and use them against him stronger than he can use them.

Silmairy beings that rely too heavily on one form or hax would be a poor matchup. The flash for example would be a  bad matchup as he relies heavily on the speed force which can be copied by Medaka and use it to amp her own Theme Song speed thing which is already her own version of speed force.However if were going by narrative and plot armor, Flash as the fastest would be able to overcome her plot armor and with the speed force ability to steal speed from users,  he probably has a better chance of beating her than most people.  

Superman who  relies on brute force should theoretically be able to outmatch Medaka,especially with his hax resistance being high but given she uses alot of magic base attacks, he might lose to her. Superman is not very resistant to magic compared to other abilities and while he’s not unskilled in hand to hand combat far from it, he doesn’t rely heavily on it as much as Medaka does so while he has superior strength, it’s not enough to get him the win here.

Mr Mytzi Pink technically is far more powerful than Medaka, he’s superior to Darkseid  but he’s a bad matchup because Mr Mtyzpik rarely fights seriously and he relies too heavily on his powers and magic, a fatal mistake against Medaka.

Let’s consider this fact, if the Joker, a guy with ZERO Superpowers with just one percent of Myzk’s power alone surpassed Myzk, 

imagine someone who’s theoretically on par with Darkseid  even copying 1% of his moveset

You also have to consider Plot Armor Hax as  that’s the whole reason Superman always beats him as he’s written to go over Mr Mytpzik. So Myzk is kinda fucked, he might be able to kill Medaka with his hax but he would have to go out of his way to make sure her plot armor and hax don’t kill him first.

Who can Crubstomp Medaka Kurokami?

You would need someone who is at the very least Outerverisal and has the same level of HAX if not superior to that of Medaka but to stomp Medaka, you would need to exceed even Omniversal level to beat her.

Spawn via his cosmic form might be a very good candidate within fiction as his power has literally reached Ominverisal and he’s stated heavily in the narrative to be superior to most of the fiction and aware that the reality he lives in is fiction. He did  beat Heaven and Hell within his own verse which is stated to be as big as the DC  and Marvel Multiverse Hell.Medaka would not be able to beat anything this OP.

Featherine Augustus Aurora from Umineko no Naku Koro ni is basically the Living Tribunal of Anime, only second to the “Creator” in power so her power would be beyond Universal and in the realm of Boundless. The 07 expansion series is essentially the most powerful anime fiction I came across with too many Ominverisal and even boundless beings to shake a stick at, Featherine alone could effortlessly solo anything that’s not completely Omipotent.

Of all the anime verses to have Tier 0 characters, Umineko no Naku Koro ni  is the only one to have  Tier 0 characters  and they have  two qaunifable God tiers who are completely invincible to even plot armor characters like Medaka and have higher Metaphysical realities than her.

Speaking of which Maria Ushiromiya from the same series surpassed even Fatherines power and basically went from human to legit god and is basically the One Above All of Anime, she can’t be killed at all at her current point hence making a Vs Battle with her virtually impossible unless we’re talking Cosmic Immortal Hulk. Medaka sure as hell is not beating her, even with Plot Armor hax.

Akuto Sai is the primary protagonist of Ichiban Ushiro no Daimaou He’s also much like Maria , a human who transcended to god status, while not as powerful as her, he’s beyond plot armor, he defied the plot itself.Casted aside his earthly form, leaving a void body that was take into Keena by the Contract of the One, which allowed him to be freed from his story role as the Demon King and become part of the Anti-Universe, the place where all stories end, which would put it above the totality of fiction. If Medaka being able to negate effects of Gods via plot armor is impressive enough, this guys on a completely different tier of god tier and would be Living Tribunal levels of OP.

The Law of Identity is the true god of Ichiban Ushiro no Daimaou. It shares an existence with Keena Soga, but has also appeared with other people, such as Rimu Sudou, Bouichirou Yamato’s guidance teacher and lover.. The Journal stated that the Law of Identity was the only “real” thing in existence, with the totality of fiction being her mere creation, and later created the Anti-Universe after Keena performed the Contract of the One with Akuto Sai, leading him to being a Void Body taken into her. Stated to be able to exist infinite reality-fiction levels above everyone else despite the existence of such structure being unknown at the time. In short she’s way too OP for Medaka to handle and for 99.9999% of fiction to handle.

The Great Evil Beast from DC would simply shit all over Medaka’s plot armor. 

Spectre,.especially unbounded, he’s just too OP overall. Even if Medaka can copy his hax, he can’t be destroyed easily and simply is in a completely different weight class when he’s unbounded and allowed to go full psycho mode.

Luicifer morningstar, another person outside Medaka’s weight class as he’s more powerful than Darkseid and far more hax than Medaka. He also can’t be killed even with All Fiction.

Azathoth of the Chutiuu Mythos or pretty much any God from that series, they’re insanely OP to the point their god tiers are legit challenges to  One Above All and Living Tribunal, there’s simply no touching them from anything less and Medaka is FAR less compared to Real Gods.

Dr Manhattan would be a perfect opponent for Medaka as both people are HAXXED up the ass however Dr Manhattan would probably be too haxed for her.  

Dr Manhattan was able to make Mr Myztik quake in fear who’s superior to Darkseid who’s comparable to Galatcus who’s above Medaka.

Thanos with Infinity Gauntlet, Heart of the Universe or  King Thanos. Nuff said,(Simultaneously defeated multiple cosmic and abstract entities, including Death, Lord Chaos, Master Order, the Stranger, The One Above All [the Celestial], and Galactus. Later sealed Eternity with the same ease; The usage of the gauntlet’s power is limited to the user’s imagination, Thanos being far above other users such as Nebula and Adam Warlock, who could overpower all said abstract entities with sheer power. Medaka probably can beat base Thanos but not Thanos with his peak power.

There are more but i think you get the point.Medaka, while insanely powerful isn’t a true Omnipotent character as proven by the fight with Ihikio but she’s pretty damn close,closer than most anime characters.
